Probably one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon. This water purifier is legit and works as described. Our tap water does not taste good at all. However, this machine changes everything. The water tastes so crisp and clean now. Most importantly, no more buying and hauling around water bottles from stores every couple of weeks. Filter replacements are affordable as well. Very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend.

i’m obsessed!!!! it’s such a game changer - i can’t stand the taste of tap water now that i’m able to drink pure water. the machine looks nice. maybe a bit bulkier than id like, but nothing crazy at all. the water capacity is pretty good, definitely comparable to the amount of water you get in a brita filter but actually filters the water and is easier to use. i love having a water dispenser haha oh and also good to know - the water comes out room temp or whatever temperature that you fill the tap tank with. i prefer room temp, but its good to know. i would absolutely recommend for people who rent their homes because you don’t have to drill any holes into the countertop in order to install it and we should all have access to clean water 🩵

I really like this water purifier! The water tastes super clean and fresh, like bottled water at home. Setup was easy—no plumbing needed at all, just plug in and go. I feel better knowing it removes things like lead, fluoride, and “forever chemicals.” It’s a bit big on the counter, but totally worth it for the quality

Just received mine today. It was pretty simple to setup. Per the instructions you need to run through four tanks of water through before drinking. It takes 15-30 min to filter each tank so, about 2-4 hours to run through those four tanks. I used a test strip as well to test for nitrates/nitrites afterwards. Tap alone was around 250-500ppm after being filtered it was less than 10 according to the strips. The taste wasn't bad either. Though everyones taste in water is different. There is leakage if your are not careful. The design of the water tanks wasn't the greatest. The tap tank sits fine, but the filtered tank does not. It sits rather loosely until the tank fills to a certain point. If you accidentally bump it the fill tank it will start to leak. I learned to just put my hand on top of it and let it fill to a certain point (usually like 1-2 minutes of standing there) before walking away. Overall it seems like a good product after first use, but just poor design on the filtered tank.

It is night and day. I absolutely hated the taste of my tapwater and now I can’t get enough of it. I was a water bottle junkie I always try to be very conscious with my choices, but not only was it bad for the environment, but it ended up being very expensive. comparing the cost, This is actually (despite the initial cost ) more effective in the long run. I love my aqutru Easy to set up I don’t really like the big red light at the end letting you know it’s done doesn’t seem as luxury, but it filters perfectly and I enjoy the quality

worst customer service. the wrong descaling kit was sent to me and called Aquatru to order the correct one. the agent did not want to place an order or speak about it and was very huffy even tho I shared several times i would like to order a descaling kit correct for my AT classic and that this is what i would like to do. I was put on hold to speak with anotehr customer service person and then the call disconnected.

It’s working well so far, had four months, love it.
