Great tasting flapjack bars, nice consistency, good amount of protein.
I love these flapjack bars, and have tried them in lots of great flavours. The variety pack is a good way to try multiple ones to find your own favourite, but so far, the Honey Berry is my favourite. The texture, flavour and protein content are great, and I have them on subscription for an even better price.

Through such high protein content these bars provide sustenance and energy throughout. Appearance is of high quality product of this nature which as example to be used pre workout. Tastes okay
I found the taste of these bars absolutely acceptable. Please keep in mind that they are made from oats so their taste and texture is totally different from Quest or Pure Protein bars. Some might feel that they are on the dry side.
