Take 1 at bedtime and sleep much better, actually dream more now too. Wake up feeling more refreshed than just CPAP alone, and I have an Autoset machine that varies pressures as needed- well controlled apnea with only 1-2 events per night and short duration with O2 sats down to only 95% per monitor. I am a 47 yr male with baseline Testosterone in 400's and DHEA in lower range of normal, so using lower dose of this for sleep only. Yes DHEA is USUALLY recommended in AM to match the surge/body release pattern, but has been associated with helping sleep quality in CPAP users when taken at bedtime, so I tried and has worked well for me. I am often skeptical of most supplements and reviews, and I usually don't post reviews, but this product deserves a review. I am a PA that works in men's heath and hormone replacement therapy, so I am very selective on what I personally choose and recommend to others. This would be one if sleep quality is poor despite adequate OSA control and not on full HRT otherwise(which also helps sleep quality).
