is this good for thinning hair

That was my soul purpose of the purchase i got the conditioner as well someone suggested it to me and for the last couple of months i have noticed the difference i would suggest the leave in as well

Those two products are almost thisame ,different brand name.

It is organic. I am not sure if it helps with hair growth.

Does this removes flake from hair?

I don't really have flakes so I am not sure, sorry. I have really hard water and I am not sure that this shampoo made much of a difference with that either. I don't know that I could recommend this shampoo as anything special.
