Do not separate lol
Excellent sausage mix. It's a little confusing when the 2 pack is labeled do not separate. Wasn't sure if I needed to mix both together or it was ok to use one pack at a time. Guess I was right one pack and my 25 pounds of pork sausage came out some of the best tasting I've had. Will definitely be ordering more.

It was so easy and tasted great
It worked for me perfectly. I needed a lot fast so I got this. A little leery at the start but it was great. Some say to salt?? I disagree.. taste after out sits over night mixed. Off to salty for you as a little more peek. 1.76 ounces for 5lbs it was perfect. I did add milk powder for a binder. And some water. I will get this product again

make lean low calorie sausage patties or crumble with lean ground Turkey or chicken
Love this. I buy it to take 98-99% lean ground chicken or turkey and I make sausage crumble for meals like lasagna Orecchiette or breakfast sausage patties(I add bread or panko to make them more tender)
