Day 3 start of 700 mg of this stuff (using in conjunction with Menopause Support by Nature’s Craft) and I am shocked by how clear minded I feel (compared to what was previously happening) now I’m also get ting over a brain injury from March 2025, an adverse medication reaction, and PTSD, but I still had more mental clarity before April 2026, after April 2026, I was blaming how I felt on the TBI and PTSD and even leftovers of the stupid antidepressant that did way more harm than good…night sweats started around April 2026 and it was HORRIBLE. Waking up drenched like a bucket of water was dumped on me. I’d be overheating, kick the blankets off, be immediately freezing, and entire nights were like that. The Menopause Support took the edge off so I could sleep better but this Wild Yam Root?!—I spent the last two nights sleeping solid the whole night through (granted also taking sleeping aids now) but I don’t wake up super groggy or automatically miserable and hopeless. I had a little bit of sweat on my brow and nose but I was just warm, not hot and overheating. I was afraid I had Lupus, but since my body is responding to herbal remedies for menopause, I realize that that’s what must be “wrong” with me.My thinking was very circular and negative. But now I feel more euphoric—not in a crazy way—but I do feel way more calm and hopeful. I think I have more mental clarity and energy, definitely more enthusiasm about being alive in general.I didn’t expect this fast of a difference (even though other women noted it, which is why I bought this one) but I am pleased and wonder if I will experience more benefits as the days go on?But how I feel is more “up” and definitely more like sleep was restorative verses a battle for my soul.I hope this review helps someone else. I haven’t felt this serene in an incredibly long time and typically it requires some sort of mushroom to feel this good. I used to take Om, which seemingly stopped working for me, but this feeling reminds me of when Om used to work for me. Maybe it’s even better than Om. But holy cow, I’m so glad I stumbled across this stuff and am so grateful to all the other women who wrote earnest reviews. This supplement is a game changer! I have been using these supplements for the last 4 or 5 months. It is a life saver, I no longer have raging hot flashes. There is one thing though it is not best to miss your daily dose. I ran out forgetting to buy more at one point the hot flashes came back with fierce revenge. It also took longer for the supplement to begin working again because build up was out of my system

I used only one bottle and did not see any change in my weight so did not buy again.

My menstrual period was irregular and lasted for 2 to 3 weeks in the past months. Took this as an alternative to Anna's Wild yam cream. So far, my last period has been back to normal. Also I found I can easily fall asleep at night when taking this supplement.

生理痛がとても酷くてロキソニンがなければ起き上がることが困難なくらい辛かったんですがこちらを夜2錠毎日飲み続けたら次の生理の時痛みがかなり改善されました。具体的にはロキソニンを飲めばお腹の痛みはほぼないくらいです。さすがにロキソニンなしでは辛かったんですがロキソニンを飲む回数も減りました。まぐれかと思ったんですが2回続けて前に比べると楽な生理痛だったので多分こちらの商品のおかげだと思います。
