Awesome bike, the auto adjust is the best thing since sliced bread!
We are 3 months into ownership and have been delighted by the bike. Building it was easier than expected with few parts to wrangle. Once it was all set up and working we have loved the auto incline / decline feature along with the auto adjust of the resistance. The adjustments for the saddle work well for us both, (me 5'5" / him 6'3') and the bike is extremely smooth and quiet. The inbuilt fan is great too. Overall the ifit software is brilliant, we have found instructors we like and locations to dream about, I've completed 12 rides around Tahiti and the instructor was awesome, both in coaching terms but also general chat about where he was, the islands, lifestyles etc It like biking though a travel program, escapism. It was a choice between Nordick and another well know brand, I'm super pleased with my choice, the interactive software incline and decline option swung it for purchase but now we know the ifit software is way way better than its supposed competition. Currently cycling though Australia!

Broken after one use!
Screen unresponsive after one use as well as manual buttons. Amazon support will not coordinate pick-up to refund me and send me a new one. They want me to take it out of my basement by myself and get it on the front porch for pickup. They will not help and iFit takes hours to get one reply from them.

The Most Realistic and Motivating Indoor Bike- NordicTrack X24 Delivers
Having more than a week with the NordicTrack X24 Bike in my home gym, this machine is easily the best indoor cycling investment I’ve ever made. Assembly was manageable on my own, and the bike immediately impressed me with its heavy-duty build and rock-solid stability—a must for long rides and hard intervals. The incline/decline feature is what truly sets this apart: it’s used nearly every session, and it adds a dynamic, outdoor-like authenticity I’ve never experienced in other studio bikes. My quads are challenged in new ways every time the bike simulates a climb or descent, keeping every workout fresh and engaging. Comfort was surprisingly good, even straight out of the box. The seat is adjustable and suited my preferred riding style (I do a mix of HIIT sprints and endurance classes). The multi-position handlebars make it easy to switch up hand placement during longer rides. The giant HD touchscreen is a centerpiece—no more squinting at instructions, and streaming iFit classes or scenic rides is both immersive and easy to follow. I’ve transitioned from standard spin classes to using SmartAdjust and auto trainer control, letting the bike handle resistance and incline for me so I can focus on just riding and pushing myself. Noise is minimal, something I appreciate for early morning sessions and late-night rides. The magnetic resistance is whisper-quiet, and the whole system feels smooth. Only after an hour on the bike do I notice the handlebar padding could be softer, but it doesn’t detract from the overall usability. Moving the bike is no small task thanks to the solid frame, but the transport wheels help when I need to reposition. Battery and connectivity have held up flawlessly, and iFit integration alone has made my routines more challenging and fun—being able to virtually ride around the world and get feedback from live trainers is invaluable. All in all, the X24 has pushed my fitness further than I anticipated. It is several steps above my old Peloton in terms of realism, variability, and build quality. If you’re looking for an indoor bike that’s as close to the outdoors as you can get, and want highly motivating, effective workouts, the NordicTrack X24 is absolutely worth it. It’s earned a permanent spot in my gym, and I recommend it to anyone serious about cycling at home.

Outstanding exercise bike, once it's put together!
The NordicTrack X24 exercise bike is great, and overall, I’m really happy with it. The X24 is very well made and sturdy. The 24-inch HD touchscreen is excellent. It looks great and is responsive, even when riding. I’ve been using the iFit app a little bit and it makes the riding enjoyable. The automatic incline and decline feature is a standout — the bike actually tilts with the terrain, which engages different muscles and keeps things interesting. Resistance changes are smooth and quiet, thanks to the magnetic system, and the motorized adjustments feel natural. As for ease of use, once you’re logged into iFit, everything runs seamlessly. The bike automatically adjusts resistance and incline based on the trainer’s instructions. The handlebar and seat adjustments are easy to do. The bike is very stable and solid. There is no wobbling, even during standing climbs. I also appreciate that it runs quietly. As for assembly, the bike comes in a very large, heavy box, and I’d strongly recommend having two people for setup. The instructions are mostly clear, but the part involving the wiring for the monitor could be explained better. Getting the cables routed through the handlebars took patience, and the manual wasn’t great about that step. Once assembled, though, it’s a really nice piece of equipment. Please note the iFit membership is an extra monthly cost. I personally think it’s worth it because the interactive classes and automatic adjustments make a big difference. In short, the NordicTrack X24 is a premium, feature-packed bike that feels sturdy and smooth, with incredible interactive workouts that make riding and exercising great. If you’re willing to put in a little extra time during assembly (and have a helper), it’s absolutely worth it.

Questionable quality, slow service that is difficult to schedule
Broken after 2 Mo of usage. Had it professionally installed through Amazon. Placing service request was a pain. New motors and boards needed. This bike is made in China, no longer US. Took 1 months to schedule visit as no local service. May take an other month to fix! Given that my city is in the US and has a population of >1.5 million, that is a concern. So prepare for lengthy and difficult service if any issues arise. Also you will need a service contract after warranty expires based on issue reported by friends. Expected better quality.

The most realistic home biking experience.
Literally, the most authentic bike riding experience you can have at home. Excluding turning. The resistance and hill climbing features are the real deal. I went from using a Rogue Bike. Which I do really enjoy, especially for sprints. But the NordicTrack is on a completely different level. First off, I definitely didn't expect this bike to be so massive and heavy. Keep this in mind if you were expecting to tuck this bike away between uses. But that is why it works so good too. Really making for an ultra stable ride. Every piece on the bike feels like a hardcore, sturdy road bike design. So well built that you do need to dress like you are going on a real bike ride. Good shoes a must. The other main thing is the big screen experience with the bike. The courses to ride along with are fun and it's a cool way to have some scenery to look at. They have trainers that lead the workout but they almost getting a little too annoying too fast. And then all I'm seeing is butt in my face. But they never stop talking. And once they run out of things to say, they start telling they're life story. So if you are really into small talk and motivational speech from a one sided conversation. You might enjoy that. I kind of just wished they were not there. The mode I prefer is the GPS setting. You pick a route if your choice from pretty much Google Maps and then as you ride it goes through the street view pictures. A great way to explore all around the world. There is also just classic style workout bike modes where you ride around the track and have different sets of resistance and elevation. The screen does have a big limiting factor though and that it doesn't allow you to integrate streaming video with it like YouTube, Netflix, or Amazon Prime. I feel that is the biggest loss to the product cause that is literally one of the best double punch ways to get cardio and catch up on some entertainment. I see you can sideload and hack the machine to get this going because it is running on an Android computer. I was able to pull up the web browser this way and use YouTube. But this should have been standard out the door. In fact you should be able to put all kinds of apps on here for use. But sadly no. The software overrides all this. To top it off, if you want more of the courses, the premium membership is $40 Bucks a month extra. Which, I don't think I could take much more of those trainers. I'll just stick with GPS mode and slapping a tablet against the screen if I want movies. But overall, the bike itself is top notch. Everything about it is perfectly dialed from the riding to the grip and resistance. The sceeen is still very cool and looks fantastic while still definitely being usable but just lacking all that could make it perfect.

Price gouging, terrible customer service, $5000 to own/operate over 5 years.
Terrible! 5 year cost of ownership $5000. Price gouging app fees. Customer support is horrible; the website offers nothing--everything is geared to chat bots that steer everything toward spending more money. NordicTrack continually raises subscription fees ($12/month, then $15/month, now $39/month!). They also delete helpful features (leaderboard--lost in a legal battle with Peloton, heart rate graphs, etc). Avoid this company at all costs. $2000+ for a bike then $39/month. Get a subscription to a local gym for 15 years rather than this garbage.
