I think this is the best delivery system for curcuminoids. Frying up a joint of fresh turmeric in butter is great, especially with garlic and onions and served with whole grains. But that's messy for everyday- your fingers turn yellow and people may get the idea that you're a chain smoker. Freshly made turmeric kombucha is also good, but hard to find. I received and expired bottle and content inside capsules already look bad , I have consumed this product before and I know how it looks. Waste of money !

My natural path suggested I use this brand of curcumin for joint pain due to Lyme disease. This is a good one for me because I've had gastric bypass surgery and need all supplements to be as bio-available as possible because of malabsorption issues. It has helped some with the pain.
