I like this and I love the taste , I drink it without adding sugar or milk , I can't exactly describe taste of it ,but It had bubble gum type taste with beat bitter tone to it which I like , I am not a fan of green tea so I always try new tea n I like this one.

I ordered for a 100 gms which is lot of tea. It contains good quality of spearmint and it is organic and herbal which makes it safe to drink or sip. It is really refreshing. It has that aroma of spearmint which makes your day. Good packaging. It help you to boost your immune system, improve digestion and reduce aches and pains. When I brewed the tea it gave me a cooling sensation that can be likened to a delicate yet refreshing mist. It helps in soothing my stomach, improves digestion, treat my bad breath. Since, it is winter, I love to sip it to avoid cold and flu. It has helped me a lot. Spearmint is a delicious, minty herb. It’s high in antioxidants and help balance hormones, lower blood sugar and improve digestion. It may even reduce stress and improve memory. This tea makes a great addition to any diet —which can be enjoyed hot or cold.

I wish there was a negative review I could put. I'm sorry to any vegetarian that wants to try or already has bought this product because it's going to disappoint you. I found snail shells, like a lot of snail shells. I thought it was just just the once when I got it the first time, but now when i am going through it, there's a lot more. This is absolutely an unsanitary packaging. This was a repurchase, the first time i got, other than a lot of other grass and some stems, it wasn't so sickening. Sure to say, I'm never purchasing this. I usually don't put such elaborate reviews, but I was so thoroughly disappointed and dejected that I had to do it. I short, please DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM.

Haven't been consistent enough to give a proper review, but yes, it does feel relaxing

I have been using the brand for over a year. Love that they are straight shooters. The product looks genuine- is easy to understand and use. Their spearmint leaves is my staple during summers- it helps keep the hormones in check, offers relief during periods, and keeps your breath minty fresh. What's not to like? My favourite tip? Once i'm done straining the leaves, i use them in my salad for an added freshness. I just wish they'd come up with a very convenient packaging too sometime, so travelling with it becomes a breeze too.

I tried spearmint tea for the first time through this product. The flavor is really mild and pleasant. I have pcod, and I am yet to notice any medicinal benefits. The product was received in a clean condition.
