Chaise Lounge Chair Outdoor

These chaises are excellent in quality and appearance. The brass color is so rich and warm looking. I would recommend them over the black. They have much more deck/patio appeal. The are sturdy and slightly heavy but the large, substantial, rubber type wheels make them easier to maneuver. As they come needing to be assembled, I can tell you all the wholes are machined well except for the axle bar that allows the back to move. I had small pieces of metal I had to shave off so the screw with the washers and the nut would fit. This happened on both my chaises. All the hardware I needed was there with some extras. I did the assembling alone and I am 5’1” and a female senior citizen. The first one was a challenge as I figured everything out. Since I was doing this alone, I had to figure out ways to balance it as I was working. It took some time. I did the second one the following day and cut the time in half. If I had had someone helping me, I could have completed the second one in 30 minutes. I figured a better way to assemble it with the second one. Be sure to assemble the wheel axle bar to the arms exactly as instructed. The result is a gorgeous, sturdy, relaxing chaise lounge.

Great sturdy quality, beautiful bronze finish. A lovely elegant addition to my poolside. The only complaint is that the directions didn’t show the difference between the hardware which does matter.

Beautiful, relatively easily assembled; no-rust aluminum with lovely powder coated finish. Hint: apply petrolatum liberally to wheel bearings during assembly for easy, silent, squeak-free rolling when moving or repositioning the chaise lounges, made much easier by the included wheels.

I have no idea how these chairs have 4.5 star review. First of all I never leave reviews cause that’s lame. When I opened the package it smelled like cigarettes which was odd. I hate instructions cause they are lame but these by far were the worst I’d ever seen. The part numbers they said to use contradicted the images. They also said to be careful tightening the bolts cause the aluminum can strip. I will get back to that later. All cast parts had overcast making everything bolt together semi crooked. Where hinged parts meet they are angled which makes tightening impossible and there are huge gaps. If you tighten these too much the ears will snap off and the chair is useless. The mounting bolts for these hinged joint look stupid. When I installed the legs the first bolt stripped pulling the threads out. I didn’t even tighten at all. After this I looked at the remaining holes on both chairs I ordered. The holes were oval so the bolt didn’t bite well and the threads looked like they were drilled with a dull squirrel. I was careful and ended up stripping one bolt on each chair. Great, what now. I’m afraid to use and enjoy the chairs for fear they will break. Save yourself the money and get anything else. You owe me. I paid $100 to ship and was told it would be $160 to return. I would have been happier if the box was filled with Chinese sand. Don’t do it!

Beautiful loungers!! Very sturdy! Not sure how they will hold up, since it's been so soon, since I received them, but a preliminary opinion is "I Love Them."

2020 update: two seasons later and we sill love our chairs! They are very durable. Hidden bonus: these chairs are pretty heavy so the wheels are a nice plus to move them around. And yes... with a cushion you can lay them flat and lie out in the sun which is what my teenage daughters do all day it seems. The back also folds forward which makes storage in our pool house a lot easier and more compact. *** My family is super happy with our new chaise lounge chairs. We actually ordered other chairs first to try to save a little money and quickly realized that was a bad idea. The other chairs rusted within about a month leaving a nasty stain on our pool patio. Suffice to say we did our research this time around. Our goal was to have beautiful but durable chairs that would last years, wouldn’t fall apart, and wouldn’t rust. We’ve had these lovely chairs out all summer and they still look brand new! What’s more, the service has been excellent. One of the chairs had a defective part and after I called, the replacement part arrived in the mail within a week. I highly recommend these chairs that are made out of cast aluminum. They look stylish and with the right cushion are also very comfortable. If you check my profile you’ll see that I am not always so positive about the products that I review, but in this case I’m happy to write a glowing review.
