These vitamins are a staple for me. I take them everyday. They help with my energy after working a long day, I'm not exhausted when I get home. Kind of hard to get it off the packaging but it's worth it!

Excellent Product Easy on the GUT

The product works. I’ve taken two pills a day consistently for 3 months (on an empty stomach with Vitamin C) and my levels have increased. Ferritin went from 4 to 22 & Iron went from 12 to 54. I gave it 4 stars because the packaging is an absolute PAIN to open. It’s important to open each packet without a sharp tool

Easy to swallow no taste good quality I take them daily I feel good I have energy to work and it is a great source of Iron

My doctor recommended this brand because it is vegetarian. He said that lots of people have more side effects of regular iron supplements because they are animal proteins instead of plant protein, so it is hard for the body to absorb. With the vegetarian option, your body absorbs them better, less constipation, and I didn’t experience any nausea. Would definitely recommend.

Too soon to tell on the quality of these supplements but that quality will have to prove itself to be very high in order for me to purchase them again. Getting the paper backing off of these things to get to the foil to get to the tablet? Oof, it has been more arduous than getting my cat to take a bath. I understand that these need to be childproof for safety but I'd say they will cause more deaths from frustration-based cardiac arrest than they would accidental overdose. Still, even one kid's health is truly more important than my slight iron deficiency, so they should package them however they deem best. But that doesn't compel me to keep buying this supplement or to bathe my cat
