Damaged products
There is damage inside and Upon inspection, I found damage to the interior of the thermo steel and the cover was not screwed tightly, resulting in a loose fit. It appears the product may have been previously returned by another customer also not screwed. Placed return request

Keeps food warm for 3 /4 hours
It keeps food warm for about 4 hrs. This was what we needed. Quality of the product is good. Haven’t tested it beyond 4 hrs.
