Firstly I am mentioning everything I noticed about this product itself which will be its built quality & features, then I shall explain my User Experience. So following are the observations, BUILT QUALITY : ------------------ 1. Firstly product quite compact and is exactly as shown in the description. * comes with small pouch to carry it easily. 2. Main device is made of High quality Plastic with dual tone glossy finish. * Its equipped with High quality metal electrode transmitting ultrasound. 3. Complete control panel is equipped on the top and has proper labeling along with LED indicators. 4. Tens pad is detachable and reusable (upto 40 sessions-as per manual) 5. All the cables are sufficiently long to be easily maneuverable. 6. Comes with Ultracool Pack, which can be freezed and be used as ice-pack(reusable). 7. Finally its quite light in weight. FEATURES : ------------ 1. Firstly it can be used directly without Tens pad or with Tens pad. * Its More effective with Tens pad. 2. It can be used for instant pain relief or as a prolong therapy assistant. 3. Has Body sensing features, which activates the LEDs to blink when there isn't sufficient contact between device & body. * This ensures the effectiveness of each session. 4. Device has complete control panel on the top with LEDs to indicate the selected functions. 5. There are separate modes for the pain relieving therapy based on the duration for which the pain is persisting( less than 7 - L, 7-15 -M & 15+ days - H ) 6. There's a chart provided for the placement of Tens pad in combination mode, which is handy. * If there's no info of Tens placement on the part you desire on chart, then just track the pain linearly and place the Tens pad 4-6 inches from the affected area. 8. It uses ultrasound which is proven most effective in pain relief therapies. 9. All the consumables like Tens pad and Naturecure Gel are available at affordable rate and are long lasting as well. 10. Finally, it comes with 1 Year warranty. My Experience : ----------------- As mentioned above, I bought it for my Dad's chronic back pain which he's having since couple of months. I have being using it daily once a day as a combination therapy on him in H- mode & 15 mins time period with upto 10-12 Stim. levels and applying Ultracool pack at end of the session. After 6th day, he's experiencing significant relief in his pain, according to him approx. 30-50% relief compared to when started. Note that he's not on any medication for pain relief since last 2 weeks, its this device alone. So far its going great, much better than my expectations. Apart from him, I used it on couple of other members for minor pain reliefs and it seems to be working like charm. I personally tested it on my lower hips, as I have had intense pain because of having slept on the rough floor overnight at a party. I tried it on L- mode, for 15 mins with Tens pad and noticed instant relief in the pain though not completely. I used it again on the same day with same settings and rested the whole day. Next day I was almost recovered. With normal pain killer and rest, it would have certainly taken least 2-3 days for recovery, which was cut down to 1 day by this device. So yeah, I do believe it works well. Also I dwell from sports background ( National Air Rifle shooter ). In which many hips, lower body & back injuries occur, so I am looking forward to this device for instant relief. I will update regarding my Dad's condition and my personal usage after few weeks, as a long term feedback. CONS : ------- None noted so far. But I will update if any issue arises. Bought another version from the sale vmbrand .felt much more comfortable with it This design is not easy to handle and the holding area is where the buttons are and they keep getting pressed .lso due to that holding it strains my week wrists.else these products are very good They help me move on with my daily activities as it helps me ma age my deep pains

I bough this product but now it is not working I dont know who to contact to repair the item I need to know where I can get this product repaired so that it works again

I have developed golfers elbow and it is difficult for me to hold the device, plus the body sensing feature is not as apt as it claims, despite being in by elbow it stops working, maybe because less surface area, it is difficult to view time and adjust mode when using it for elbow, also if there was another TENS Electrode then it would be amazing, a cleaning cloth would be great for the device head, I have increased my elbows nobility in couple in of days two times usage, it still hurts thou, healing is a slow process so lets give it time.

I have ordered the same item twice but both failed to meet the specifications First one was used and damaged Second one the box arrived empty I want my full refund.
