Face it, they are as beautiful as diamonds.
I mean, the old fashioned will insist that diamonds are more valuable, and the market agrees. But this is also as boring as every shopping mall hell you can imagine. Let me ask you this: can you have 100 diamonds of this size for less than cents on the dollar? No, you can't. And, zirconium is such a much more interesting element. You are made of carbon and so is a diamond. Yawn. You can make incredible products from zirconium, including some of the most chemical resistant glasses for the chemical industry. And you can buy ponds of these to roll around in. Celebrate a mineral that is not in your own body, for orders of magnitude lower cost. Win, win if you are a smart person.

Works in high heat conditions with precious metal clay
My precious metal clay instructor taught us a technique where you can press CZ's into the clay then fire them. When the clay shrinks it holds the stone in place without prongs. The instructor was charging $3 per stone. I decided to take a chance on this and it fired beautifully. It adds a lot of sparkle to the piece and is fun to use. This won't work for every brand of CZ, so I'm sticking with this company. Just a word of caution, it's a little bit trickier with colored CZ's

Look nice
I did read the size of these but once you have them in hand they are a bit smaller than the measurement they show, visually that is but they are the correct size. I will probably get a couple millimeters bigger than next time. They are really nice and have a beautiful glimmer to them.
