I get gas pains that manifest in my chest. It is very painful and very annoying. I hadn’t used Gas X before, but these pills really work. They’re tiny and easy to swallow- and it only takes one to fix your gas issues so the value is great.

These work fast and the 500mg dose is noticeably more effective than the regular strength version. I deal with bloating fairly frequently and keeping these around has made a real difference. The softgels are easy to swallow and do not have a bad taste. They kick in within about 15 to 20 minutes in my experience. The 20 count is a good size to keep in your bag or medicine cabinet. If you have ever felt like regular Gas-X was not quite enough, these are worth trying.

I purchased these in case I needed them after a colonoscopy. They work quickly and effectively and made me so much more comfortable in a short space of time. It's valuable for the money. Easy to use and swallow. Doesn't have a taste. Size is not bad... It's very effective. I was taking 3 of the extra strength gas x twice sometimes 3 times per day to help me with gas. My new medicine causes me to have awful awful gas. This is 1 in the morning and at night. It's helped me feel better. A lot less bloated. A lot more happy 😁

I also like that only one softgel is needed since this is the higher-strength 500 mg simethicone version. According to the packaging, it’s designed for fast relief of gas and bloating, and that has generally been my experience. The only downside is the price per softgel compared to some lower-strength options, but the convenience of taking just one makes it worth it for me. Overall, these have earned a permanent spot in my medicine cabinet for those nights when bloating decides to show up right before bedtime.

These are fabulous! After my c-section I had extreme gas pains. These eased that effortlessly in a time which everything hurts and you are constantly exhausted! We will keep these in the house in the future!
