Nutramax Proviable Probiotics + Prebiotics for Dogs, Diarrhea Support Kit

Really happy with this product. My Goldendoodle had a bout of indigestion. She didn’t have full-blown diarrhea, but her stools were slimy, and she even woke me up for a 1 AM potty break – something that’s totally out of character for her. We had already scheduled a vet appointment, but I wanted to give her some extra digestive support in the meantime. I chose the capsules, and simply sprinkled the contents of one capsule over her dinner each night. By the third day, her stools were back to normal, and she seemed much more comfortable. We will still follow up with her vet to make sure everything is okay, but this product definitely helped to support her gut during the episode.

I had called the vet to see if I could get a prescription for diarrhea for my muttlies. But, they wanted me to bring them in and bring fecal samples. All I heard was $$$, for simple diarrhea brought on by travel anxiety. This stuff worked great! In less than a day, both boys' stool was firming up. In conjuction with the probiotics, within two days both were back to normal. This product is great for situations like this when you know the cause. (Of course, if they got into something toxic I would have taken the to the vet.)

My dog has a lot of food allergies. Unfortunately, he's a scavenger and, before I can stop him, will gobble up any small piece of food he happens upon when we're out and about. The result is often diarrhea. On the advice of my vet, I give him the Proviable probiotics every day, but when he gets diarrhea nothing works as well as the paste in this Diarrhea Support Kit. I always keep one on hand. While using the paste, I give him 2 of the probiotic capsules each day which is the equivalent of what's contained in the prescription version of this kit. He doesn't seem to mind the taste of the probiotic at all. I sprinkle the capsule on his food and he eats it with enthusiasm.

I highly recommend this probiotic. My puppy ate something bad and had diarrhea. I gave him this probiotic, and after only two doses, he was back to normal. It worked very fast. This product was also recommended by my vet. If I go to the vet, it will cost more money, so I like to use this as my first step when my dog has diarrhea symptoms. It is easy to use and very helpful. The only problem is the smell. It smells strong, so it is hard to give it to my dog. He doesn’t like it, and it can be difficult to get it into his mouth.

BEST probiotic out there! Easy to administer with zero side effects. Cleared my dogs diarrhea up within a few days. The capsules are not chewable but very easy to open and sprinkle on dog food. The paste was not my dog’s favorite but very easy to mis with food!
