Bolts. I used this to secure cable to support rooftop antenna.

Will they screw into cement?

Not exactly. The brackets come with two different sets of mounting screws. One is for wood and the other is for use after drilling a hole with an impact drill. So you can mount in concrete but you need to drill a hole first.

Can I use this on exterior concrete wall to hang a hammock?

Absolutely, just make sure you use a good expansion anchor in 1/4" X ??? (depending on thickness of wall). 2 1/4" long will likely work. Look for the wedge anchor type. You'll need a hammer drill and masonry bit to drill the holes too.

What size drill bit should I use for the expansion screws?

I'd personally get new 1/4 wedge anchores first, then you'll need a 1/4 bit.
