I purchased this OBDeleven scanner for my 2012 VW GTI, and it has been a very useful tool for diagnosing issues and making adjustments.The app is easy to use, and it gives access to many vehicle modules that a basic OBD2 scanner cannot read. I have been able to check fault codes, monitor vehicle information, and perform useful adaptations and settings on my GTI.For VW and Audi owners, this is a great tool to have because it goes beyond simply reading and clearing check engine codes. It helps understand what is happening with the vehicle and can save time and money when troubleshooting problems.The connection has been reliable, and the interface is user-friendly. I recommend it to anyone who works on their own VW or wants more control and information about their vehicle.

I purchased the OBDeleven 3 Diagnostic Tool Scanner for $127.78 to be able to make one primary adjustment to the "comfort turn signal" blinks on my Audi A4 Quatro per numerous instructional articals and videos on the Internet. However, the instructions provided by the OBD11 device could not be followed on the MMI in my Audi. The labels were not present as described. By a rather long period of trial and error with some limited guidance from the Internet articals I was finally able to get to the adjustment. However, the OBD11 required me to open a Security Access to proceed with the change. When I attempted this task, I was notified that I had to subscribe to one of two "Plans": the PRO Plan for $68.49 or the ULTIMATE Plan for $216.70!!! This is a total rip-off. Fortunately, I can return the device...

Makes working on my car a breeze. Easy to use and has great functionality and code recognition. Connectivity is easy and easy to reset codes

My car was rear ended and sat at the auction lot for a month while we figured out the insurance piece. When I got it back there were 14 codes running on my dash board and I was freaking out cus it was just damage to the plastic bumper covers and a small part of the trunk. With the check engine light on, I was ready to throw the whole car away, but I saw online that you can try to make sure battery is tight, clear the codes and the drive the car around and it’ll reset and it did that!! The app was super easy to use and I was debating returning it but we own a few foreigns so I’m keeping for future use ◡̈

This item is terrible and doesn’t actually do what they advertise. I purchased the pro plan Subscription for an extra $70 on top of what I paid for this Obd scanner already. And when I go to reprogram my battery like it says you’re able to do, it says unreachable and I wasn’t able to program my battery. After all the money I paid for a subscription I probably can’t refund aswell as this Obd scanner that didn’t work the way they said it did I would not recommend anyone buying this.

It clears the maintenance light on the dash. A step better than an obd2 scanner.

The issue is this, it is a scam. Anytime you pay for a change or programing. To reverse it you have to pay again to turn it off. The user interface is not user friendly. It does not map at all. Waste of $200.00 in total. Trying to find out what module in an Audi dropped out of com is completely complicated. There is no quick way to use it. Buy VCDS or a standalone bi directional obd2 tablet that has a mapping feature built in. Getting credits back is problematic and they use an A.I. chat bot for customer service..........selling mine on market place at a loss. Huge waste of time. No good support anywhere on how to use it well.

It was easy to use, expect massive paywalls for things normal scanners can do such as freeze frame data and etc. some Apps will cause faults, good if you want to buy the subscription. If it’s for diagnostic get a tool, this is more for coding

It does what it should. Scanning new cars takes a bit more time. I use it mostly for on the go diagnostic tool which can stay in the car. Proper diagnostics it’s better to go for a wired connection in my opinion. Most features are paid. However you could still see live values from inside every ecu for quick test without a subscription I guess it just allows only 5 or 6 at a time. Having it in the car with full access to ecu gives you a peace of mind.

An unfortunate necessary if you own an older Audi. Works perfectly diagnosing and clearing everything except for DEF countdown.

Das Gerät ist zwar etwas teuer, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck.Im Winter hatte ich bei meinem Audi Q5 FY eine Fehlermeldung („eCall gestört“) aufgrund kurzer Unterspannung.Diese ließ sich mit dem Gerät problemlos aus dem Fehlerspeicher löschen.Ich habe es ursprünglich nur zum Löschen von Fehlern gekauft, aber es kann natürlich deutlich mehr.
