Really nice working
Works extremely well on hard floors. Strong suction picks up dirt, crumbs, and hair easily, and the wet mopping leaves floors clean without residue. The self-cleaning function is a huge plus and makes maintenance simple. It moves smoothly, reaches edges nicely, and fits under furniture without issues. Battery life is enough for regular cleaning sessions. Overall, it feels well built, efficient, and makes daily floor cleaning much faster and easier.

Amazing!
I’m really impressed with the Narwal S30 Pro! It comes with so many useful accessories. My favorite is definitely the floor cleaner—after mopping, the whole space smells fresh and clean. The water tank is large enough to cover my 1300 sq ft store in just one trip, and it takes less than 10 minutes to finish. The machine itself is compact and easy to store; I just tuck it in the corner of my office and it doesn’t get in the way at all. The auto-cleaning function is another highlight—fast (only a few minutes), quiet(compare to other robot vacuum I used before, they made huge noise when they self clean), and it even cuts off hair to prevent tangling. Overall, it’s efficient, convenient, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommended!

Easy mop and vacuum in one
I like the way it mops and vacuums at the same time and especially the scissors cutting function in this machine helps a lot, I don’t have to change different vacuum head just for hair, the scissors cuts off from the roller saves a lot of time. Overall is a great machine, but I think the suction power isn’t as powerful or efficient as the Dyson that I had. I have hairy pets so there are often fur stuck on the rug, with Narwal it’s hardly picks up the fur on the rug, it’s more easier with anything larger pieces. It gets stuck once the fur or hair being sucks in too much, the machine asked to clean manually, which not helping … So just have to cautious about vacuuming heavy amount of objects with this machine. For few times use I think it still worth the buy, did save me time vacuuming and then mop separately.

10/10
The Narwal S30 Pro has honestly made cleaning so much easier for me. I love that it vacuums and mops at the same time, so I’m not doing everything twice, and it leaves my floors looking really clean. The suction is strong, it handles hair without getting tangled, and the self-cleaning feature is a big plus because it saves time. It’s lightweight, cordless, and easy to move around, even under furniture, which makes it perfect for everyday cleaning.

Jury’s Still Out
UPDATE: Narwal contacted me asking for details to improve their product. They also provided an explanation as to why the design is what this, but at the end of the day what matters is the outcome and the fact is I do not like their bags that collect debris. I find them messy and frankly..gross. With that said, I have found a work around in that I don’t use the debris bag and I’m just very careful in how I clean the dirty water tank and clean it so that pet hair doesn’t go down my drains. Of major note is the follow up from Narwal. They reached out multiple times asking how they could make my purchase right. The reality is I like the mop/vac because I can clean it faster than the robot or with a regular mop. I still think the robot works better so if you can only buy one, I’d choose the Narwal robot. This serves my purpose because I mop everyday one way or another. Purchased to replace my steam vac, but find it’s not a suitable replacement. I own two Narwal robots and find them to be more effective albeit they take more time to clean when using vacuum then mop (which I prefer). I have three dogs and mop almost daily. I use the robot, manual mopping, and now this, but for a quick mop. Not sure it gets the floor as clean as the other two. As for the product, the ease of use is crazy good. You can literally push it with one finger. I like the auto application of water and soap as it tends to not over saturate. The bags? Nightmare. Very gross and you have to buy replacements. I prefer no bags and use the plastic catch bin BUT, I purchased a kitchen strainer to dump it into the toilet as I don’t want hair down the drains. Simply use a paper towel to clean out the stainer. Floors come away looking clean, but I still think the robot is better and it doesn’t sanitize as do steam mops.

Leaves my floors squeaky clean with little effort!
I bought one for my house and fell in love with it! It’s an amazing product, probably the best product I’ve purchased for my house! It’s easy to use and leaves my floors squeaky clean! My husband and I are so impressed with it, we bought one for each of our three kids. They all were amazed by it! Can’t brag about it enough.

Great
I was skeptical. I mean seriously...it vacuums, cleans AND cleans itself - OH and cuts any long hairs around the roller? Yeah right. It does. And it does it well. Very impressive. We have three black labs, My husband is a duck hunter and also owns a wholesale greenhouse - meaning our floors are DIRTY! But this thing, I just whip it out, get the main areas and it looks amazing. Worth the price - to us.

From My Friend’s Recommendation to My Favorite Home Helper
My friend bought this vacuum and mopping robot and couldn’t stop talking about how amazing it was, so I knew I couldn’t be without mine. Honestly, it was an excellent decision. It vacuums and mops at the same time, leaving the floors clean with no effort. I love how much time it saves and how it keeps my home spotless every day. Definitely a purchase that’s totally worth it.

Works great just make sure to empty the bin every time these things can start to smell within a day or so. Wish the water tank was bigger but not a deal breaker.

Performance of Narwal S30 Pro -met expectation -Cleaning power LOWER than expected. When compared to the Bissell Crosswave (currently using), you can see the grim being wiped off fairly easily. The S30 Pro needs to be on Max mode and held over the dirty area for a few seconds before it gets tough dirt out. AI detect function doesn't work here because S30 Pro hasn't lifted any dirt off the floor, so it doesn't know how dirty it is. AI detect seems to work well for dusty area tho. However, unlike the crosswave, the Narwal S30 Pro does not leave dirty water streaks on the floor. -Appreciates the self-cleaning and drying feature. One of the drawbacks of my current cordless vacuum cleaners is how often I have to wash the short bristle brush, as it tends to trap fine dirt particles. -Self-drying doesn't start if the battery is too low. Will have to wait for the battery to charge before it starts. So after a long cleaning session, you have to wait (who knows how long, I didn't wait) before it finishes its self-cleaning cycle. Is it a deal breaker? Probably not. It seems like the Narwal S30 Pro will be great, especially if I stay consistent with floor cleaning and am more prudent about keeping things tidy. Hopefully, the Narwal can replace both of my current machines while working in conjunction with my robo vac.

Love this! Just arrived today & my husband & I put it together & started cleaning. We have vinyl floors, live on an acreage & have 2 dogs so I knew our floors were not getting clean with a mop & bucket. I was right, oh my goodness the dirty water was black & while its so satisfying, im slightly horrified at how dirty the floors were. Its charging now & then we shall continue the deep clean :)

The good: Its easier than using two devices, and makes cleaning a hard-floored apartment much easier. Self cleaning has proven to work well. Its fairly quiet too. The bad: It's not truly up to the edge cleaning - it leaves a 1cm gap even when pressed up as close as it can go. The height of the unit often prevents it getting close to a lot of furniture, so it leaves the edge of everything looking noticeably dirty. That extra 1-2cm underneath items sitting on the floor would make all the difference too. It needs a spring-loaded rotating side cleaning disc that can reach under things to do a properly thorough job. The user interface is basically a voice - which is hard to hear from across the apartment. It repeats twice, but then its done and you have no idea what it said - a text display would be better. Also doesn't seem to have any indication of how much battery power is left, though its never run out for me while using it. It'd just be nice to know.
