I just got mine and it’s working when plugged in but it’s not charging the batteries??!!

All I can do is tell you to check that you have the batteries in the charger correctly and that the contacts line up. Also make sure whatever you've plugged the charger into is making electricity. Mine work just fine.

Just what I needed

I bought this because I found an old sony camera that my son used when he was a kid and started taking pictures, which led him to be an amazing photographer. I had no battery or charger for it, so I thought why not see what is in this camera. So ordered this and it was exactly what I needed to turn on the old sony. And I was glad I did, found a lot of memories that I can now cherish and share with my son after so many years and have a good laugh. Good product, works well, and fills the need if there is one.

Not working? Double check you placed the battery right

I feel so dumb I did not know you have to flip the battery to get it to charge. (Am I exposing my age here?) I was placing it wrong which is why it wouldn’t charge and the light wouldn’t show blue only would show the battery icon. I figured the LED was faulty but nope I was placing the battery wrong.
