I connect this device in bench drilling machine. Motor has 250watt. 1400rmp. This circuit works well. While reducing speed from 1400rpm very slow response once it reached 1000rpm. Motor stall. Below 1000rpm motor doesn't work. I am using this dimmer to reducing 400rpm only. In my bench drilling machine. Below 1000rpm motor stall. This item is not suitable for bench dill.

Few penny of cost cutting make this product useless for me. In all of the previous versions, the rotatory knot were mounted with two small screws, which gave us freedom to unscrew and mount the module on any solid base, and screw again. But this product use grip attachment instead which makes it easily breakable and useless for most cases. And then you can't return, only replacement

So I used this to make a speed controller for my angle grinder. I can now use the grinder for buffing and polishing my vehicles just like they do in the buff shops. Good stuff and works really well. It regulates the voltage and thus the speed of the instrument is increased or reduced as required

I searched for the voltage regulator for my wall mounting fans where the through seems heavy in winter , at local I could find only three speed normal controller which seems quite costly and controll is not upto mark, after a long search iI found this surprisingly in amazon so I decided to give a try for that, I ordered it and by the next itself it got delivered, sooner delivery I fixed it to my wall mounting fan inside of the controller by making some rework for space, and its quite easy task my friends my fan is a bigger one rpm is 2800 , now it running quite smoother, now I could able to control to my desire rpm , input and output is given in the circuit board itself so no problem
