This is an excellent, flexible filleting knife. It has a proper, thin, flexible blade unlike many knives which labelled as flexible but have thick, stiff blades. Razor sharp out of the box (but you need to be able to sharpen knives like this, so will need some sharpening skills). Picked this up as an Amazon deal but it would be good value even at full price. Better than many, much more expensive filleting knives that I've owned. The only downside was the thin paper envelope that it was delivered in - not appropriate packaging for a knife like this.

good knife some flex but not a sharp as I expected but did the job

High quality blade which sharpens well. Comfortable to hold and well balanced. The weight is fairly light and the blade is very springy so perfect for filleting and butterflying fish.
