This was only a couple of days before my trip, so I was initially just happy to find a replacement from desertcart that would arrive in time. Once it was here, I was happy to see the cord looks like it is of better quality, and retains the two-prong Dometic fitting should that be something you need as well. Review: I travel and camp with a Joytutus 25L portable refrigerator. The 12V cord and plug that it came with are - junk. The plug easily slips out of the socket - from both the car's 12v power socket and the 12v power sockets of my Jackery and Allpowers power stations. I learned the hard way to frequently check the connection, to be sure the fridge was plugged into power - and all too often it wasn't because the plug had slipped out. This replacement is what my refrigerator should have shipped with. It stays securely plugged in to the car and to the power station, until a firm tug pulls it out. I wish the cord were a few feet longer for my purposes. I have to plug this one into a power port in the car console instead of the one in the back area of the car. But that's not a big issue. I've just returned from a camping trip, my first time to use this cord and plug. It proved itself reliable, no worries that the fridge would randomly become unplugged.

Perfect fit.

Cable works fine with my ICECO chest refrigerator and has thicker wires than the cable that came with the refrigerator (14 AWG vs 16 AWG). However, what I really wanted was to buy the proprietary plug by itself. I was unable to find it marketed anywhere. My solution was to buy this cable and cut off the (damn) cigarette plug and make my own electrical connection.
