This is absolutely worth it. I have a lot of skin issues myself and expected my infant daughter to have the same. While not as common as I thought, she can definitely develop some redness/irritation either from the diaper itself, or as the result of having used it. Anytime she starts to develop even a bit of redness, one fingertip’s worth of this cream is all that’s needed. It immediately soothes her, and within a couple hours the rash is significantly reduced if not completely gone. It seems to moisturize and keep the rash away for a long time as well. We bought this large tub less than a week after she was born, and now ten months later we aren’t even a quarter of the way through. I can’t recommend this more. Very impressed!

This product is incredible and way better than the butt paste brand, or even desitin. It goes on easily, doesn’t have a strong overwhelming scent, and stays on pretty good after you put the diaper on. I’ve read reviews about it containing alcohol and that it isn’t for sensitive skin, but honestly those people are just complainers in my opinion, but are entitled to an opinion also. My 1 month old have a SEVERE diaper rash and nothing worked. I let her air out throughout the day, bathed the area, applied almost every single brand of cream, even with Vaseline and nothing worked ever, until I used triple paste. I did research on all brands of cream and came across this one and decided to try it because of most of the reviews. I’m beyond thankful I spent the money and purchased it. It started clearing her rash up WITHIN 3 hours and it hasn’t reappeared at all and it’s been over a month now so it works for my baby. I use a tiny amount after every diaper change. A tiny pea size amount goes extremely far! Spreads great and lasts long. Every baby is different and it may not work for yours, but it worked for mine and my pediatrician even told me it’s a great product after I told him I was using it. The extremely tiny amount of alcohol that’s in it doesn’t bother my baby at all, she even had tiny blisters and it never irritated or burned her from what I could see. Always consult with a doctor before using if you’re concerned, always. I highly recommend purchasing for all types of rashes. It works fast. It seems super expensive, but honestly price shouldn’t be a factor when it comes to your baby and if you know it’s going to work or is even worth trying if it’ll even have a chance at soothing your baby. That’s my opinion at least :) try it 😊

Triple paste has gotten me through 2 kids worth of diaper rashes! I used trip think Boudreaux butt paste was the best around? But after using this on a nasty rash, that had been lingering, it cleared in 2 days! This is the best butt paste you will find. Worth every penny and lasts forever

Can't say enough about this cream, but let me try my best to summarize. I originally thought it was a little expensive, but I have been using the same jar every single night for about 13 months and I still have not run out (getting close, though). It lasts a long time. I find that this works EXTREMELY well. When I see some redness/irritation starting, I will use the cream and it is usually gone by the next day. I proactively apply on my daughter every day before bed, because I want there to be a barrier of protection against her skin just in case she poops in the night. During times where she looks a little irritated, I will also apply during the daytime. As the application goes, this product is white and gives full coverage. It almost looks like a sunscreen, so you can see exactly where you applied. Trust me, this is helpful when you have a wriggly little kid. You maybe have a few seconds of time to dab on this stuff, so it is super nice to be able to clearly see what areas you have covered. In the diaper area, I don't rub completely in. I leave it looking white. It makes me feel better, like I can physically see the barrier of protection. By the time of the next diaper, it's not white anymore. I take that to mean it has been absorbed. I have also used this cream outside of the diaper area, on patches of eczema or other irritated looking areas. It usually clears these things up, too! For these kinds of applications, I do rub the cream in all the way. One final note is that this is definitely more like a cream, not an ointment (as the label suggests). What I mean by this is that my hands never feel greasy, nor oily, nor anything after I have applied it my daughter. I don't have any issues with it getting stuck underneath my fingers nails or leaving behind any unwanted smell (this stuff is unscented!!!). If there is any excess, I typically just rub it into my hands. I feel it helps with my own dryness! It feels like a lotion!

Love this paste when there was a serious diaper rash. If really bad diaper rash, would use aqua for first then triple paste on top. But worked well by itself as well. If you use a lot, it will disintegrate the diaper though, I think it prevents the diaper from filling with liquid as easily, but if there's a diaper rash you want to change diapers more frequently anyways
