I had a much larger one,which I just gave away, I rarely entertain these days but wanted a roaster for a small roast and some veggies. I looked at dozens on Amazon & appreciated the reviews. What I kept looking for a quality roasting pan with a lid that fit, just the right size for two people. If cooking for four, put the meat in here, and the veggies in another dish. You don’t want the cover on a roast the entire time, or it will fall apart. This pan is adorable, and I fell in love the moment I opened its well-packed box. It arrived quickly. Can’t wait to use it. By the way, the label soaked right off, peeled off whole. And the pan is round.

This is a great little pan. I’ve had a large Graniteware turkey roasting pan that has lasted for decades, and this pan appears to be the same durable quality. I’m happy Graniteware hasn’t cheated out like so many other manufacturers. Bravo to Graniteware for that. HOWEVER, I was looking for a pan to roast a whole chicken and this pan is very teeeeeny. It’s way too shallow to roast any kind of poultry, except maybe a Cornish game hen. I wish the listing had shown measurements of the pan to show the actual interior roasting space and not just the OUTSIDE measurements of the pan.

Love it perfect size for two people . Excellent price

Everything went smoothly. The roaster came ahead of when promised. It is the same as the one i previously had for over forty years. The product is great. It is exactly what was advertised. I was somewhat disappointed of the price for a small roasting pan, but prices keep going up. It is the perfect size for me, who usually cooks for one. A family would probably do better with one of the larger roasting pans, but I have no complaints about the product.

Great little roaster. Easily holds three chicken thighs which is just right for two people.

Really handy for cooking roasts but a little on the small side..

The roaster was bought as a replacement to the similar roaster that became weak on the bottom of the roaster due to overuse. It was nice to see that this same type of enamel roaster is available, as many do not have the same speckled finish, nor does it have a domed lid like this one. The size is the medium roaster that is perfect for baking a roast with vegetables. It is lightweight, and not bulky to lift out of the oven. The only flaw is that the rim around the lid is sharp and care must be used when wiping the lid.

The 15” roaster is just what I expected and identical to one I used and liked decades ago. It has two small chips in the exterior porcelain, one on a handle the other at the bottom edge. The interior has no defects and the lid fits well, so it will function perfectly well. I’ve chipped one myself, so treat kindly. They cook extra moist and tender turkeys and roasts and last a long time if you are gentle with them.

It is hard to imaging size but is so perfect. It is easy to clean. Baking food was easy and meat was so juicy.

Lo uso para hacer pan de masa madre y todo perfecto

I bought this small round roasting pan 10" diameter total (outside), 8.5" cooking size diameter. It cooked a small stuffed chicken, and is great for turkey pieces as well (if you don't need a whole turkey.) It is more suitable for a couple (can cook enough meat for 3 or 4 people) I recommend this for small gatherings, as it cooks the meat very well My meat dinners turned out very tender. I love this roasting pot !!!
