Great for hunters, not just fish.
I am a hunter and use the 9" Strong Fillet Knife to break down elk and debone the meat. It is perfect for this task. I have butchered several elk with it. The rubberized grip helps maintain control. The blade stays sharp and the occasional (2-3 times over the course of a big animal) steeling keeps it going strong. Blade shape is great for following the bone and getting every ounce of meat. The tip is sharp and useful for fine work. The plastic sheath allows the blade to dry and the knife positively snaps into the retention. I would definitely buy again. Top notch product.

Sharp! Quality Seems Good. Great for butchering and trimming meats of all sizes!
Bought this to butcher and trim meat for smoking. VERY sharp. I like the handle and curve of the knife which are both good for butchering and trimming meats of all sizes. The orange and black is kind of cool, but does not affect the performance! The quality and weight also feel great. I am very happy and will update if I get any issues with quality or holding an edge, but so far very, very good!

Good value knife
The long blade has just the right amount of flex to make filleting fish easier. I like the sheath it comes with too.

Great knife. Very surprised!
Great knife. I was shocked at how well it performs. It does better than all of my Dalstrong knives. Just purchased a set since this one was so impressive.

This knife might just do the job on a nice sized black tip. Firm grip solid feel but with just enough flex to get through the clean perscision up the back bone cut needed.

Closer to sword than knife imo.
probably my own fault, but this is way too big to be used as a fishing fillet knife. Honestly, this thing is closer to a sword rather than a knife.
