It’s exactly what it is. Recommended by my dentist. Have been using for a year and keep buying more. Love it! Can cause sensitivity but it leaves when you take a day or two break.

Absolutely love this product. I have worked in the dental industry in the past. I was a huge fan of night white ACP. Recently, have tried this brand from my orthodontist, and the results were so quick and painless. I instantly went to Amazon to buy more. To my surprise it was very affordable. I would recommend doing in the evening after you have finished eating and can go at least 12 hours before eating or drinking anything. When bleaching your teeth, you are roughing the surface of the tooth enamel, which makes you more prone to staining. With that in mind, you have to keep that in the back of your head for what you plan on eating the following week. If you drink coffee, you have to drink it through a straw and make sure you brush your teeth right after pasta sauce, beets, any food that is prone to staining will stain in your teeth after their bleached. I remember telling my clients that if you were to wipe it off of an untreated quartz countertop and it would leave a stain, it would leave a stain on your teeth as well. That all being said this was a phenomenal product. Please ask a professional for trays and do not overuse this as it can permanently damage your teeth and create extreme sensitivity, along with weakening the tooth structure that is with all whitening products even in office treatments. You should probably be doing whitening in stages and build up your tolerance. You could do 15 minutes one day and the next only be able to comfortably do five you don’t want to have super reactive nerve pain as it is one of the most painful pains. I know it sounds silly, but ask your dentist if you are a good candidate for teeth whitening. You may be a better candidate for veneers if your teeth are intrinsic stains, meaning the stain is from within.

I purchased the Opalescence 20% Teeth Whitening Refill Kit and was very happy with the results. The 4-syringe pack was a great value and easy to use with my existing dental trays. The 20% carbamide peroxide formula was effective and I saw a noticeable whitening of my teeth after just a few applications. The mint flavor made it a much better experience than other products I have tried. It was gentle and did not cause significant tooth sensitivity. A reliable, professional-grade whitening kit that I would definitely recommend. I have already purchased it twice and will continue to use it.

Seems to be working pretty well. Considering I drink a lot of coffee. Probably not any different from the white strips we see in stores honestly. I haven’t examined a side-by-side comparison on pricing. People complain that the white strips leave yellow between teeth. Honestly, all you have to do is make sure to press in the white strip so it forms around each tooth and down in between Teeth. About a 20 second fix.

Does what it is supposed to do. No reason to rate lower so gave it a 5.

What I love about this stuff is my brother (who is my dentist) recommended Opalescence to me after he made me my first set of whitening trays. Now that his practice is out of state, I no longer have the same hookup. On a whim, I searched to see if I could find it elsewhere and low and behold Amazon has it! What I will say is that you should make sure that you get the right concentration and only use it for the recommended duration. This product may cause some teeth sensitivity, but if you use a fluoride mouth rinse, that should relieve some of it. I do not recommend using it every day for that reason. I currently am using this whitening gel in my Invisalign retainers overnight and it works great. Can't wait to finish my orthodontic treatment and have the straight pearly whites I always wanted (and should have had if I'd listened to my mom about wearing my retainers in high school)!
