I LOVE the Velvetiser! It works as described and makes a single serving of cold or hot chocolate milk. If temperature is a concern for hot chocolate, transfer immediately into a insulated mug like a Yeti. I don't like scalded milk and the Velvetiser warms the milk to the perfect temperature. The included ceramic and glass pods for drinking are useless and I tossed them in the trash. The regular chocolate samples are OK, but the flavored samples taste artificial and they are too expensive. I immediately switched to using semi-sweet chocolate chips pulverized in a food processor. I tried hot cocoa powders, but they have a tendency to leave a gritty residue at the bottom of your drink. If you want to make a truly decadent drink, substitute whole milk for a bit of half and half or heavy cream. I hate kitchen appliances that are one-trick ponies, but this is a pretty cool product. I'm a bit of a chocolate milk junkie, so I will put the Velvetiser to regular use.

Makes wonderful hot (or cold) chocolate. Easy to use and fast clean up. Glad I purchased.

Great hot (and cold) chocolate and easy to use. However, the non-stick coating inside has very easily worn away and now chocolate sticks to the inside of the carafe. It's become near impossible to clean it now.

Couldn't wait to try this! Was so excited! After two months it blew out circuit breaker and it's heating base. Now it's just an attractive empty pitcher ☹️. Expensive but not worth the money to explode after two months.

This thing is great at quickly making silky smooth fluffy hot chocolate. My wife loves it. She continues to love it primarily because I use it for her and I’m the one dealing with the one negative issue: constant burned chocolate on the bottom. It’s not hard to clean, but it it’s far from effortless.. The one drop of soap method isn’t magical, expect to be scrubbing it out after each use.

IT DOES NOT WORK WRIGHT, PURE JUNK!

I love this thing. I literally use it for Matcha hot chocolate, even turning powdered milk into liquid milk and I know I can use it for many more things. I can see myself using it for protein shakes for tea. Basically any powdered drink I want.

Item started to be noisy right after the second use!

Absolutely love this machine, it makes the frothiest and smoothest hot chocolate. It comes with a selection of chocolate sample sachets and although I don’t like cold chocolate drinks which are included, you can use the sachets for hot chocolate as well. Good to know that you can also use good quality hot chocolate that isn’t hotel chocolat chocolate so saves a bit of money. Really easy to use and clean. I also got a voucher for the matching biscuits to go with the chocolate. When I redeemed it in store they also gave me several more sachets of new flavours to try. Overall, if you like really good hot chocolate this is definitely worth the money.

I am very happy with velvetiser its chocolate heaven in mug this product can make cold chocolate and hot chocolate drinks in about 3mins It is fairly pricey but its worth it wait till you taste the hot chocolate
