I originally purchased the TERNENCE Stainless Steel Male Chastity Device Male Virginity Lock Cock Cage and the Ergonomic Base Ring back in February 1999. I was attracted to this cage because of the very small button-like cock cage. This cage has been excellent in many ways and very erotic to wear. However, long term wear is hampered by the difficulty presented when attempting to pee. Not very easy and a bit of a nuisance because of the difficulty to clean up after a visit to le lieu. The TERNENCE Stainless Steel Small Male Chastity Device Ergonomic Design Cock Cage S250 solves this problem with a very simple but effective open cage design. The cage is still very small, and is erotic to wear, and it will still easily contain large thick cocks. I believe I may have finally found the ultimate long term cock cage. Very inexpensive, easy to wear, comfortable, erotic, and very hygiene friendly. UPDATE 3/10/2023 After wearing this micro-cage for a few weeks, I found that it did not completely secure the boys all of the time. One of the boys would often slip out and up between the base ring and the cock ring attached to the cage. However, I do like the concept of the "open" cage design and, as such, I have returned the 1.97 inch in favor of the 1.75 inch. UPDATE 5/17/2023 As it turns out, the 1.75 inch base ring was too small and was also returned. Because I still like the open cage design, I decided to reorder the 1.97 inch size in hopes that something would be different and that I would no longer have issues with one of the boys slipping out between the base ring and cock ring. I am happy to say that this version of the 1.97 inch size is working out much better with no slippage to date.

This cage is poorly made for its design, I pinched myself more trying it on than anything, and the weight makes it hang so no support. I'd expect a simple, easy item; but got an expensive paperweight in the end.

Ternence is the best brand for chastity devices that i have found. This is the second one i have bought from them and i was not disappointed. The comfort of these devices makes all day wear (or longer if you're into that) possible. There's no pinching or pulling or any discomfort at all. These devices are also very secure there's no escape without the key which makes them a perfect option when looking for chastity. My only gripe which is my own fault, is that the rings of different size cages are not interchangeable. The first cage i got the ring was just a smidge loose but not so much that it was uncomfortable or escapable i just prefer it more snug. So i bought this smaller cage hoping i could use the new smaller ring for both my old and my new cage which was not the case. But I'm sure if i had done my research i would have known that so that's on me. Overall i highly recommend all the ternence cages i have never been disappointed with their quality!!

This one is the most comfortable, long term wearable cage I've owned. It's well made and affordable. The problem, and they all have one, is that the wires are too far apart, letting the head poke through the front way too much, causing discomfort after about an hour or so. the head squeezes through the front and sticks out, nearly the whole head could be pushed though if getting an erection. if it were re-designed with more, closer spaced wires it would be a perfect cage. tragic

Solid fit and stays in place

I usually go into chastity on and off, usually of my own accord, sometimes for maybe a day or two or a week or two. Depends on my schedule, how I'm feeling, etc. This cage was perfect for me, after using a somewhat bigger cage for a while - before I had some concerns about fitment with that old cage before I bought this one. I like this cage because the opening for your urethra is wide and easy to align, which helps with longer term use. No mess in the bathroom because of the cage. The cage length is on the shorter side, which is perfect for me, and feels snug and frankly very satisfying. It's comfortable, works, and easy to use. Quality is pretty solid.
