This Jar should consume within 7 Days after opening. Suggested dose is 70-80 Grams per day. Once it open, jar should be refrigerate. For fresh and nutritionist test it should consume within 8-10 days after opening.

Smells weird and tastes disgusting

My neighbour told me that's how it is supposed to be. Out of 200gm , nearly 50gm must be seeds. It's a highly perishable item. But they have given dates which spans 1 and hour year. No seal or cover, the lid can be easily opened.
