I have to have comfortable walking shoes. These are comfy, very good quality and didn’t require breaking in. The heel height is perfect jeans, pants and skirts; very versatile. True to size. Great value.

This shoe is beautiful and true 7 1/2 narrow and comfortable. The pointed toe is proportioned to fit narrow heel and narrow toe with enough space for function properly in walking—no squeezing. The heel is a perfect height for dress or pants. The color was as pictured online. I consider Naturalizer shoes to be expensive but I bought them on sale with extra discount. Would be worth the original price because of narrow width and quality of materials and construction. The only improvement I would like is a memory foam with arch support insole. I can add insole. I look forward to wearing these shoes for a long time.

I love, love, love this shoe! I had the same pair in red that I purchased at a major department store years ago, and was very pleased when these pink ones came and I realized they were one and the same as my red ones. I would highly recommend these shoes. Just make sure you spray them with a shoe protectant before you wear them. It will keep them looking brand new for a very long time. And I do not recommend wearing these in the rain since the material is a cloth like synthetic. I wore them for the first time on Mother’s Day, and I got so many compliments. I wore them all day, standing and walking for 3 hours straight, and I my feet stayed comfortable and happy.

I love the color and the look of these, but the strap slides off my heel no matter how I adjust it. There’s no way I could go smaller given the toe shape so it’s a little disappointing. If it’s hot and sticky the straps stay on so the work in the summer I guess. I may have to figure out how to punch another hole in the strap.

I found them very comfortable, fit perfectly in my feet. Flawless. The color is a different hue than I expected according the photo but it's ok.

Very nice shoes, nice leather, and quite comfortable but the size was really off from the first pair that I bought. These were much shorter.

Within six weeks (wearing once or twice a week,) a snapping/ clicking sound was made inside the heel as I walked. It was very noticeable and embarrassing. I took them to a shoe repair place and he said it would cost more than they were worth to fix them. Both pairs I boughtt (a nice pair and black) had the identical problem. It’s a snapping inside the heel. The repair guy said it’s happening in lots of shoes and that the quality for these more expensive brands has really diminished. I tried to get a refund but Amazon needed me to go through the naturalizer company. What a hassle! Never could get a person to talk to. Don’t buy them. They are a waste of money and the fact that it happened to both shoes and the repair man says it’s happening a lot, it wasn’t just my pair

What a great find. I took a chance and bought the ones that said buy used like new. They were 30% less than the new ones, and they were perfect. Someone clearly had only tried on one shoe and found they didn't fit and returned them. The other shoe had not even been unwrapped from the factory packaging. Leather shoes, very comfortable and stylish, they fit beautifully, they don't hurt my feet, and I got them for a great price. I am now a fan of buying the used like new items, as long as it's a good deal on the price. I have seen a couple of items where they're only a dollar or two off, and that hardly makes it worth it. Shoes is an awesome deal! I definitely buy these again and might buy them in another color.UPDATE: Wore these all day to a wedding, the photo shoot and reception. Even better than I expected. They were very comfortable all day long, and my feet did not hurt even a tiny bit after many hours wearing them. Wow!
