Can I use this camcorder to video straight to tv in real time?

Yes, you can connect it straight to the TV via HDMI. Remember to change the power settings to never turn off, when recording through HDMI, instead of recording to a memory card. Otherwise it will turn off after idle time exceeds.

I bought this camera, just got it today and having trouble changing the color. It's showing black and white. Is there a way to change it to color?

its black and white because you have the IR light on push the top button and turn it off and you will have color

Could someone post a video in night vision?? would like to see how well that works wanna use for ghost hunting

If you plan on using this in complete darkness I HIGHLY recommend getting a ir light attachment on top of it. Put the regular night vision itself isn't bad.
