After 5 months of regular consumption on empty stomach before breakfast, HBA1C reduced from 6.3 to 5.9 . Very promising results. Taste is bitter but got used to it. Also Improves metabolism and digestion.

Damaged with seal broken and tastes diluted.
Damaged with seal open and tastes different on my second bottle ordered from the first one. The seal was intact on first bottle and taste was more concentrated. The second bottle tastes more diluted than earlier. Won't order it from Amazon again as they refuse to acknowledge my complain. It's better to buy from local Ayurveda shop.
