How many watts will this handle?

It's ofc I've had 1000 watts rms on it.

Why is the 75ft cheaper than the 24ft? both are 16ga ofc.

I think its because some of the wire has defects. I've bought this in the past. I noticed that the blue had bleed over to the black on the pvc jacket. Other than that its fantastic wire.

have you used it in your home audio system?

Yes most definitely! I changed my old Radio Shack wires going to my subs, which I believe were made by RCA, (american copper wire) What a difference! I was always questionable if wires really made a difference,yes they do. I instantly switch out to NVX going to my main cabinet 15" woofers and they definitely hit harder,no doubt.I was blown away I am now rewiring my whole living room to all my speakers with NVX. I have now purchased five rolls of 75' 16 gauge and three rolls 50' 12 ga. No my living room is not that big I am a stereo freak with 4 equalizers and 8 amplifiers and many speakers.
