Do not apply a top coat without wipes on the nail, it can not be any other top coat if you want a mirror effect, and cure under UV/LED lamp for 10-20 seconds (depending on the power of the lamp), if it is too dry it will be difficult to apply powder, but if it is too damp, you will not get the mirror effect.
