Pressure way too low, can't fix, physical issue
Shower head hole deliberately not fully exposed, no idea why, but it means pressure is way too low to use

Works perfect to make water softer
This product is fantastic. Fits perfectly and the water pressure is very good. The water feels a lot softer from the very first use and I see my hair fall and dry skin getting better.

Useless
Absolute trash, mount it came with is useless because it's a sticky pad for use in the bathroom, fell off in about five seconds. Head is the same as any other mass produced swill.

Recomendable, pero no de 5 estrellas
No le doy las 5 porque el soporte está más pensado para colocación horizontal y el adhesivo que viene no se pega en absoluto. Para evitar hacer agujeros compré otro que sí que se adhiere al azulejo no se cae. El filtro interior parece que si es bueno, al igual que las múltiples posiciones de la alcachofa.

Mount arrived defective
I ordered the cobbe filter shower head with mount. Filter works great, but the mount came defective. As seen in my photo, the holder is perpendicular to the little knobs, instead of parallel like in the photo on the website. I and my partner both tried twisting the holder but it wouldn’t adjust. We tried to figure out a way to still use the product, but now it just sprays the wall. Cobbe, I would like a replacement mount that is built as described on the product! I will update with another review depending on customer service.
