Just got mine delivered earlier today, and my first impression of the cameras are positive. All the tools necessary were included minus the drill and drill bit. Installation was simple and did not take much time around 15-30 minutes depending on handy skills. I really like the ease of connectivity to WiFi and the app is well made, smooth and haven’t ran into any bugs. In the app you have full control of the cameras moving it into any direction until you hit the limits but it has wide field of view. Default storage I believe is 32 gigs which more than enough storage to keep recordings. My only gripe about the camera is the motion doesn’t detect cars moving and once I installed the camera it failed to track me. I’ll do more testing later since it’s the first day I got it. Overall great camera and excellent quality video I was amazed on how clear the picture was. I would love to see more features added though. Oh also battery life seems good but we’ll see overtime and how well the solar panels work the sun is out.

These security cameras are a great buy! Easy installation and WiFi connectivity. Videos are clear, day or night, and through heavy rain and strong winds. Customer service is excellent. We had a problem with one camera not charging and communicated it through their online support on April 23. We received a replacement camera on April 28! How’s that for quick turnaround! One suggestion for improvement is to add a lock feature as a deterrent to steal or unauthorized removal of the camera. Highly recommend, good bang for your buck!

These cameras are great! Easy to install. Good through heavy wind rain and snow! Never have to charge them! It alerts you anytime someone is approaching or passing by your house. Great video quality. Camera can move all the way around. Has a voice talk feature and alarm. All the events that happen save to your drive. And you can view them at anytime. You can go back months at a time. I had one camera that went blurry on me and we couldn’t fix it but they offered to replace my camera. Customer service is 5/5. Fast reply. Easy to communicate with. And make sure your needs are taken care of.

This camera kit all worked together out of the box with simple mounting and setup. Customer service has been very easy and helpful, warrantying a failed solar panel. The app occasionally needs to be restarted to get videos to load and I wish the motion detection worked out a bit further from the camera and over a wider viewing angle; the picture is fantastic and clear for a much longer distance than the motion detection range to initiate recording or motion tracking, which also works well once a moving object is acquired. Human ID has helped reduce false motion trips from grass, trees, and decorative spinners. Barring the solar charging issue, battery life has been fine even with the color vision and flood light enabled overnight, but even the IR night image on battery saver delivers a good IR image. Storage is plentiful to keep videos for much longer than necessary. A great kit value and easy wifi setup.

AOSU are the only cameras i will buy now. I've tried a couple other brands, AOSU blows them out of the water. Ive had zero issues with the cameras. They were very easy to setup. NO MONTHLY CHARGES! Customer service is great, they sent me a new mounting bracket for free, months after purchase, after my dog chewed up the box when they were delivered. Thanks Lynette! App interface is the best I've seen also. I am buying more today and getting rid of the other brands with charging issues, cameras that quit working and terrible apps. I use them at my home and my business since they are the only cameras I can count on to always be charged and ready to follow everything as it moves.

This camera kit was just what we needed at an excellent price. The cameras keep at 100% charge thanks to the solar panels integrated with each camera. It's nice to know that the video is stored within the hub inside the house rather than on a card in each camera. Previous camera that we had stored the video on a card in the camera and I was concerned that somebody would steal the camera and the video. No worries about that with this product. You do need to be careful where you mount the cameras as they need access to the Sun for charging. One of the cameras was mounted near my pool area and I bumped into it with my pool net and the camera fell off. If you're going to mount the camera where it may get bumped, I would suggest using zip ties or some other technique to add additional protection from being bumped off its mount. Lynette from aosu offered excellent service and sent me a replacement camera as the one that fell off was broken. This company offers excellent service and stands behind their product. I'm very happy with our choice! I've included some pictures of where I mounted the camera.

I seldom write many reviews unless it’s worth it. And these cameras are worth writing about. I just purchased and received them on March 20, 2026. 1. A little pricey, my first thoughts 2. I definitely do not want to pay for any subscription. 3. I was looking for solar cameras with 360 degree rotation and with auto tracking, AI , etc These camera’s have IMPRESSED me! I am so surprised that these cameras are working as described. The base does come with a 32 gig mini memory card and says it can be expanded up to 1 TB, I haven’t upgraded yet. It records for long periods of time. And it follows the person where they are walking . It’s Awesome!!! It has recorded for 1 min , it doesn’t just do a 10 second recording , it will record as long as the person is in the camera view. Cons: One important thing, I have an iPhone 17 pro max with the latest current software updates. I had trouble connecting the base to my phone, I followed directions and was not able to connect. I didn’t call customer service. My husband has an android phone, Samsung, and he was able to connect immediately. Without any problems. As soon it was connected, I was able to see the cameras and all the settings. Not sure why it didn’t connect with my iPhone for 1st time set up. Only down fall I would definitely recommend these cameras. They work GREAT!

I’ve had the aosu Security Camera System for over two months now, and I’m honestly very impressed. The setup was super easy, and everything was up and running in no time. The cameras work amazingly well, and the picture quality is very clear, even at night with the color night vision. I love that they are solar-powered, so I don’t have to constantly worry about charging them, and the 360° pan and tilt feature gives great coverage around the house. The auto tracking works really well too. Another huge plus is that there’s no subscription required, which saves money compared to other systems. Overall, this is definitely the best bang for your buck if you’re looking for a reliable and easy-to-use home security camera system!

I purchased a set of six AOSU solar powered wifi cameras with base station in the Fall of 2025. Although setup was a breeze, I ran into a minor connection issue. The AOSU app let me call for tech support quite easily and I was very impressed with how fast and great their service was. After a few months of use, I noticed that one of the cameras seemed to have a defective internal battery. I contacted AOSU tech support through the app and within three days I received a replacement camera. I highly recommend these cameras as they were incredibly easy to install and setup without any wires and they perform amazingly well. They are a great addition to my previously purchased AOSU doorbell camera. My cameras and doorbell work on the same app so they are very easily accessed when there are alerts. The price and quality of the AOSU products is excellent. The service I received from AOSU tech support was exceptional. I will definitely be buying their products again in the future.

Very happy with these excellent cameras. Price is very affordable for what it provides, great value. No cloud storage fees. Super easy install. Solar panels work great. Great features on the app, including alarm, announcements. Great picture quality. My favorite feature is that the camera automatically moves to track a person. So if suspicious person walks off to the side, it will track them and not lose sight of them.

Very good camera quality and simple App. Only drawback is there is hardly any storage and you need to join their Monthly/ yearly package. Also solar units do not support video timeline instead short videos are captured whenever there is any movement

I would give a 5-star rating if wouldn’t be for one particular feature: the build-in solar panels for the model I bought. I have used the system for more than a month now and here below is my feedback. 1. The App- very good and easy to use. 2. Central unit/modem – very good, good signal on all sides of the house. I was a bit concerned with the coverage since my house has brick all the way around and is not small. So far I am satisfied. Do not block the unit with other larger objects. You might need to move the unit in few places and check the signal received from the cameras , once they are in their final location. 3. The cameras (I have 4) are good quality, image is very good and all described functions working as expected. Rotating head works very well, end to end. I was concerned about the outdoor temperature since I live up North. I’ve tested them until -10 degree Celsius and have not noticed any service degradation. 4. Build-in solar panels: in my opinion the panels are sub-dimensioned for the camera consumption. They are not directional (with my camera model) and when you combine that with the installation location, you probably will not have a perfect angle. The top priority is to install the cameras in the best possible position for monitoring and that does not necessary allows the best sun exposure. In my case, only the South side of the house provides excellent light exposure. For the other 3 sides, the built-in panels cannot keep up with consumption and needs the additional, adjustable, solar panels to help. Maybe in places like Nevada, Arizona, Texas, etc. you have more luck but is not my case. I recommend buying the model with larger, angle adjustable solar panels. 5. Technical Support: I'll give them a 5-star on this, very responsive and helpful. I initially had some installation problems and later the solar panels issue described above. They were supportive from day one and wanted me to have the best experience possible. I was dealing with the agent called Lynette but I guess any other one would be provide the same excellent service level. So, on summary, is a very good product but do not try to save some bucks on the solar panels if you are not located in the sunny South. They have many models, the bigger the solar panel + directional adjustable, the better for you and less problems.
