Its cologne or after shave? Does it smell like Special Reserve?

So, I was a Brut user in the 60s and 70s. This particular fragrance (to me) is the least like the original Brut. I won't be buying it again. The Brut special reserve in the bottle that looks like the original bottle is more like the fragrance I remember. That is the one I will be buying next time (I've had it before). So, in a nutshell, this one does not smell the same as the Special Reserve - and as it says on the box - it is an "aeu de toilette" - and not the cologne or after shave. Hope this helps. Stephen

I tried all the versions of the new Brut. This one seems to last the longest and is the most like the old Brut

In my opinion it is a true EDT as it does have a stronger, lasting scent, so be careful how you spray it on!!

Decent scent, but no longevity

The packing box was intact, but product box was slightly damaged and the bottle was half out (within packing box) on delivery. The scent is decent and I have used the brut deo in past. I felt this was mild and the longevity is something which clearly disappointed me. Could barely last an hour. Feels like discounted product but no great value!

La boîte un peu écrasée donc pas pour offrir. Mais on s’en fou un peu. Parfum vintage on n’aime ou pas ! Souvenir nostalgique de nos grands pères, très frais comme odeur eau de Cologne , tenue correcte . Les gens se plaignent que ça tiens pas énormément , pour le prix mettez en un peu plus et le tour est joué, merci amazone de nous le proposer à ce prix , car on n’en trouve plus beaucoup dans nos grande surface de quartier
