This electric knife works really well and makes slicing meat so much easier and faster. The blades are sharp and cut smoothly, and I really like that it comes with two different blades for different foods. The handle feels comfortable and is easy to control. It’s especially useful for turkey, roasts, and other meats. Easy to use, practical, and a great addition to the kitchen. Very happy with it!

Very impressed with this knife! Have used it on fresh baked bread and it works fantastic! No more smashing the loaf of bread or waiting hours to let it cool, this cuts through it like nothing. Have yet to use the meat blades but im sure it'll work just fine.

They worked great, and were virtually identical to the factory filter that cam with my hot tub.

This is a good product but a bit complicated having to switch blades. I guess I'm very basic!

Okay, I didn't really buy the knife for this purpose, but it can actually cut a king mattress in half! I wasn't planning on leaving a review for this knife. I bought it to cut home made bread and it cuts it well. However, today I wanted to convert a king size mattress into a twin size mattress. Chat GPT suggested using an electric carving knife. Well, this knife is supposed to be a carving/bread knife, so I thought I'd give it a try. And it worked! It wasn't easy, it was still a huge task, but little by little with the help of this knife, I was able to cut the mattress in half. It would have been nice if the blade had been longer, but it managed to get the job done. While using it, I was constantly expecting it to burn out. I was already thinking of alternative ways in which I'd be able to finish the job, but no, it kept going and going and going! It's a really strong knife that definitely doesn't easily get overheated or die. I now have a wonderful twin mattress, thanks to this knife. So 5 stars from me!

I've tried several different electric knives that claim to cut bread. HA - they all mangled bread. I didn't have high hopes for this one, but the reviews were good so I ordered it. FINALLY a knife that works on bread and does a fabulous job. I cook a lot of sourdough and this knife is so good I can cut thin slices. Several reviews commented on it was difficult to figure out which blade was for bread. I agree with them. Even zooming in on the tiny photo in the instructions was not good. I've put a photo of the two blades and labelled them meat and bread. Here's the BIG clue --- the bread knife is wider at the base. Now that you know that it's easy. Four stars (not five) because inserting the blade into the handle is not as easy as other electric knives. The handle where the blades are inserted could be better. EDIT returning and why.... After cutting a full size loaf using a slicer guide I've decided to return this. The vibration in the handle is tough on my hand after a full loaf of bread. Using a slice guide the blade on this is barely long enough to make it to the other side of the slice guide.

This electric knife should NOT be advertised for sale in SA. Why? .... because the knife's 120 Volts is not compatible with SA's 230V. Nowhere in the description is voltage stated! What is stated is Wattage 120 .... totally ridiculous. I only discovered the incompatibility when the knife 'blew' on initial switch on. Yes, DesertCart reseller to Amazon did refund my money without a fuss, but the product should not be on sale in SA in the first instance.
