DEVICO 5 Pairs Chopsticks Reusable, 18/10 Stainless Steel Metal Chopsticks

I was shocked at how light these are to hold. I apparently missed the point in the description of these being hollow. At first, I thought, “No, this can’t be steel.” I even initially wrongly confirmed that thought by trying to grab them with a strong refrigerator magnet. Well, a strong magnet will not pick these up, but if you dangle one from the tip with a light touch, a strong magnet will pull it out of plumb a bit. I guess they’re just so hollow, there isn’t much steel for the magnet to attract.

I live in a part of the US not known for Asian cuisine. I was eating Sushi and felt like I should have been using chopsticks to more efficiently eat it, so decided to get some that would last for awhile. These arrived the other day and I have used them for (admittedly disappointing) sushi today. They felt quite comfortable for me to use, and were easy to clean. Ease of use is going to be subjective... I have spent a lot of time in various Asian countries and am proficient in the use of chopsticks. For me these were easy to use. I'm not sure if the textured tips helped or not, as it wasn't something I noticed, but maybe? ANyway, I like them, they look nice, and seem likely to last.

I'm actually a fan of the disposable wood chopsticks. They grip food so much better than the nice wood chopsticks I've tried. These are the best of everything! They're sleek looking in stainless steel, they're dishwasher safe, and the textured tips make gripping food more on par with disposable wood chopsticks. I'm so thrilled I finally ordered these and can stop throwing out chopsticks every time we eat sushi, take-out, or make stir fry!!!

These are lighter than I expected but work great and can be dishwashed without any issues!

The only warning I would give you guys is to be careful with these when you are eating something hot. I left these in my freshly made noodles to make a drink and when I came back to slurp some up, I burnt my lip a little bit on the hot metal chopsticks. BLOW FIRST!!! lol

With my hands being 22 cm from pinky to thumb with all the fingers stretched out in a comfortable position and the chopsticks being 24 cm in length, I was concerned these would be too small. Turns out these are the perfect size for me and what I am used to. The angle that the chopstick tips meet at is perfect for picking up large pieces of sushi down to a single grain of rice. The slight knurling at the ends provides just enough grip for things that are hard or slippery. Also the 15 cm of rounded square cross section is perfect for those times you want to slightly roll the top chopstick to achieve finer control. I love the stainless steel look and that I am not contributing to product waste.

I bought these thinking maybe they would feel heavier, but they are very light. Might be the materials they used to make them, but they are still solid so far. Easy to clean, even with some very messy ramen dishes. No problems so far and I like them! They get plenty of use.

These feel great in the hands, I have rather large hands and fingers and love holding these. The metal shows no signs of wear and tear after daily use. The problem comes down to the tips of them. The square textures actually look like rusted metal, and they honestly don't stop food from slipping in the slightest. I have a pair of fiberglass with textured tips much better than these. But if you just need quick cheap reusable chopsticks, these work just fine.

I have been searching for true food-grade metal chopsticks, and they are surprisingly hard to find. I finally purchased this set and I am very happy with the purchase. They look great, and feel safe to use.
