I have been buying these for a couple of months now and I am amazing at how it helps me retain water and feel hydrated. I'm not sure if this is psychosomatic, but my husband swears by humantra curing his headaches and certain body aches he has had for years.I have taken a star off purely because of the price. Using 2 a day can work out to be quite expensive!The flavours are lovely- lychee and elderberry are by far my favourite.I

These are the first electrolytes that I have reordered, they don’t have the typical salty powdery taste that normally comes with electrolytes

Must be diluted with 500-600ml of water minimum as otherwise too sweet. Berry pomegranate tastes artificial. Also, this electrolyte needs to be stirred as it doesn’t dissolve by itself so you cannot really use it on the go. No difference in effect with other cheaper products. Totally overpriced.

Lovely taste and great for when working outside all day to stay hydrated

I expected another tasteless salty water but was so surprised as how good these taste. They actually have flavour and are not too salty.I've been suffering from leg and foot cramps for years now and have tried many things. I've tried a few electrolytes and supplements but the cramps were still there even if less severe. I expected these to have the same mild benefit only but last night I had a leg and foot cramp free sleep. I actually got a full 8 hour sleep without waking to pain. I hope that continues. These must have the right balance of electrolytes.I found that 750ml is the best amout of water to mix one sachet in for my personal taste buds. I did not need to add juice to hide the taste and really enjoyed drinking it.

I like the taste and flavor. I am on my 4th or 5th time buying this flavor.

Put it in sparkling water, and diluted it, light flavor and makes my water even more beneficial, yum. Love that it has no sugar and the sodium content is not as high as some others.
