Saw this all over TikTok and came here to buy. Tastes great! It definitely relaxes you (not too sleepy) and is a great way to get your magnesium in.

I wanted to use but the consistency and flavor, vanilla almond if I remember right, was too rough for me. I tried a few times and gave up. Gave them to my daughter and she doesn’t mind it.

They are great supplements for magnesium. I definitely feel a different in my depth of sleep. Meanwhile, they also taste not delicious. It’s some kind of oily nutty-ish butter flavor. A struggle if I’m honest. Wish they made them in peppermint or something.
