Cotton Ektorp Chair Cover Compatible with IKEA Armchair Sofa Slipcover

Fits perfectly!

I don’t usually write product reviews, but this slipcover absolutely deserves one. I’ve had this same Ektorp armchair/couch set for at least 12 years, and have gone through MANY slipcovers. We still love the furniture and were dismayed to find out that IKEA had discontinued the product line/slipcovers, because (with a handful of kids, dogs, cats, snow, mud, fireplace ash) we literally cannot keep furniture clean unless it’s slipcovered. We were starting to wonder if we’d finally have to replace our entire Ektorp set - but then I found these covers and OMG THESE ARE INCREDIBLE. Great fabric, very soft but also seems very sturdy (I’m a seamstress and am picky about fabric). The covers look high quality, and go on MUCH easier than the Ikea covers, due to a teeny bit of stretch in the fabric and a slightly generous cut. Color is definitely a lovely “jersey” gray but this isn’t jersey fabric. I started with the chair and have ordered the couch cover and ottoman covers as well. I’ve only added a few stars for durability because I’m not sure of that yet, but so far would give this cover a 100%.

The fabric is durable, and it didn’t shrink when I washed it. It fits perfectly, and seems well-made. I love it!

This is good quality fabric, true to the color in the picture and does fit the Ikea chair/couch and ottoman. Only complaint is it is a little tight so getting the pieces on was more work than my Ikea covers but doable. It is a little short to the ground...doesn't hit the floor like the Ikea covers do = just overall tight. if it shrinks in the wash it would be hard pressed to fit anymore. I would easily buy it again though because the color option was so great and Ikea isn't offering anything like it. All three pieces match in color and fabric perfectly. Very bright and happy color of blue.

Made nicely but it doesn't fit so I'm sending it back

I love the deep blue and fit of this cover soo much! It comes in 3 pieces, so you do have to have a chair that the back cushion is not attached. But, because it comes in 3 pieces, it fits like a glove.

Looks beautiful, great fit

I bought this exact slipcover May 2024 and have had no issues. I was able to buy a second Ektorp chair and was so glad to see the company still offered the slipcovers. Sadly, after washing and while still damp, I could not get this on my chair. I’m a senior citizen so not up to struggling with putting this on. Wish it had fit like my other slipcover. Otherwise, it’s well made. Just way too small.

Needed a new cover but as ikea no longer makes these, I came here. Didn’t know what to expect but it arrived today and it’s the same fabric as the original cover, fits the loveseat really well, all cushion covers fit correctly and overall it’s really good quality. I couldn’t be happier.
