5 stars - Finally, a slim MagSafe charger that actually works
The 0.3” thickness is the real deal—it barely adds anything to my phone in my pocket, which is huge. I was worried that being slim would mean cheap construction, but the build quality feels solid. The magnets are strong enough that it stays attached during normal use without being a pain to remove. The 15W Qi2 charging is noticeably faster than the older 5W wireless chargers I’ve used. My iPhone goes from 20% to 80% in about an hour, which is actually practical for a top-up during the day. The 5000mAh capacity gets me through a full day of moderate use, or a solid boost if I’m on a longer day out. Real talk: it does get a bit warm during charging, but nothing concerning. Also, it only charges the phone wirelessly—you can’t charge this bank and phone simultaneously like some two-way chargers. But honestly, for the price and form factor, those aren’t dealbreakers for me. If you want a MagSafe charger that doesn’t feel like you’re strapping a brick to your phone, this is it. Highly recommend.

luxury at a fraction of the price
I'm not going to knock this thing at all. From where I'm standing, it's luxury at a fraction of the price. Just slap it on your phone when it's dead and let it top off? YES PLEASE. And did I mention it also works with Android? Granted, you'll need a MagSafe case for your Android phone. I've got a Z Fold 7 and it works perfectly with it. I don't have hard numbers, but here are the basics. You charge it via USB-C, and you've got options: charge your phone through that same USB-C port, or stick it to the back of your phone and let it charge wirelessly. The only thing I'm still a little confused about is whether you need to turn it on before slapping it on. Sometimes I put it on and it automatically kicks in and charges, and other times it just doesn't. A little inconsistent there. It's also super versatile. I even use it to power the cooling fan on my ZV-E1 in the studio. Battery life is decent, charging speed is okay, and the magnetic connection is pretty strong. It has slid off my phone in my pocket on occasion, but it's no big deal. I just keep it next to me while it's charging rather than in my pocket, which also helps because it does tend to get a little warm if you don't give it proper ventilation. So, 5 stars. It's affordable, genuinely versatile, and dead simple to use. A couple of small quirks with the activation and the heat, but nothing that would stop me from recommending it.

iPhone power bank
This ultra-slim MagSafe power bank has been a fantastic travel companion. The magnetic attachment is strong and snaps securely onto my iPhone, making it convenient to charge without dealing with extra cables. The slim, lightweight design easily fits into my pocket or bag, and the gray alloy finish gives it a premium, durable feel. The 10,000mAh capacity provides plenty of power for my phone throughout the day, and I really like that it can also charge my Apple Watch. Being able to charge both devices with one compact battery pack is incredibly convenient, especially when traveling or spending long days away from an outlet. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable MagSafe power bank for their iPhone and Apple Watch.

5 stars for single-device charging
Excellent product if you understand what you are buying. It exceeds my expectations for a 5k mah device. Charging speed and battery capacity decrease significantly after 50% battery but still keep you juiced at the end of the day. The device description says charging speed decreases after 75% charge so I was more than stasified. Charged my iPhone 14 Pro from 20% to 95% in less than an hour when the product was fully charged. This is more than adequate for my need, which is commuting via public transportion to/from work 3 days/wk. Great value! It has the ability to charge a device via USB-C while charging your phone via Mag Safe connection; haven't tried this but would expect performance to decrease significantly. If you need to charge multiple devices I would suggest a 20w 10k mah device.

Great product - Little heavy but worth its weight for the convenience it offers
Loved the design and execution. The element of surprise is what makes it worth it as people often wonder why you have the charger plugged in but not connected to the wall. And when you connect it to wall not having to remember to charge your powerbank makes it all the more worthy.

Good concept, but the build quality and practical use are disappointing
I really wanted to like this product because the all-in-one design is convenient, but it has been a huge disappointment after just one day of use. 1. Weird noise (the biggest issue): When charging a device, the power bank will sometimes makes a loud crackling or static sound, like radio interference or an old tape player. It is clearly audible in a quiet room and honestly sounds alarming, almost like the battery could catch fire. I’ve never heard this type of sound from any of my previous power banks. This is not what you expect from a device that stays plugged into the wall, and it makes me very uncomfortable using it. ———————————————————- The following are more minor issues. They’re somewhat acceptable, but improving them would make the product much better: 2. Poor battery performance: When charging just a single device (iPhone 13), the power bank loses about 2% of its own battery per minute. At this rate, it would drain from 100% to 0% less than an hour. For charging two devices, it would be even more faster. 3. Slow self-charging: While charging other devices, the power bank itself charges extremely slowly. In my test, plugged into the wall while charging a single device (iPhone 13), it only gained about 10% in 30 minutes, which is very slow. 4. Cable management: The 3.3-ft cable is too long and there’s no cable management. I understand the idea is to allow charging while keeping the power bank in a pocket, or plugging it into a hotel outlet while using the device in bed, but a 1.8–2-ft cable would be sufficient and much easier to organize. Build-in cable management or a retractable cable would be a big improvement. Overall, the idea and design are good for trips. But the build quality and performance feel unreliable, especially at this price. Because of the weird by noise alone, I don’t feel this product is safe or practical to use, and I would not recommend it.

Returning--Updated 2026 review
Only two pros with this battery pack in my experience is the size and it being MagSafe. Cons: —Battery doesn’t last as long as other 10000mAh power banks I have. Makes me wonder if it really is that capacity. One charge of my phone to 95% brings the pack down to 20%. —If Apple Watch moves just a little it stops charging. I tried removing my band altogether and even with that it stopped charging after a few minutes. — It runs hot while charging and takes longer than three hours to reach 95% charger from <20%. —My partners phone notifies him of “Slow charger”. Mine doesn’t do this and it is pretty disappointing how the two power banks differ when they are supposed to be the same product. I am going to return this product. ----------Updated review 2026----------- Update: Lisen Global Customer Service reached out to me about my review. They offered to send a replacement “updated” version of the product. I accepted and hoped for better results. They consistently reached out trying to improve my experience regarding their products. Definite 5 stars for Customer service. Short version: I still find this device useful for its size and charging capabilities after I have learned to adapt to it’s short-comings. For the price, I would buy and use again if I needed. The only downside now is the slow wireless charging and the need to have a stand component in some situations. Longer version: Although I think the replacement I received is the same version since it’s manufacture date was May 2025, I found little improvement on the wireless charging. The apple watch charging spot, I noticed a difference, which has led me to believe that the previous power bank was defective in this aspect. My watch will charge to full on this device. After some clarification, the wireless charging is only 7.5W, which I have figured out is the reason I get the “Slow charger” notification on my iPhones (13 and 17 pro). So, I adapted to only use it as a wired charger with those devices. The power bank has enough juice for two full charges and just a little extra WIRED. When used WIRELESS, it WILL drain the power bank battery down to low 30 percentile after one 85% iPhone charge and sometimes both devices heat up during usage. The battery setting on my phone is limited to 95% although somehow this charger passes it to 100%.

Zufrieden
Die Powerbank hat die CCC-Zertifizierung und lädt schnell und mein Handy mehrmals. Für die Power, die die Powerbank hat, ist sie auch schmal.

Slim, light and perfect for a quick boost
I ordered the LISEN Ultra Slim MagSafe Power Bank (5000mAh, Qi2 15W) mainly as a backup charger for when I’m out and about and my phone battery starts dropping. I’ve been using it with my Samsung S25 Ultra and it actually works great. Even though it’s marketed for iPhone MagSafe, it attaches securely with a magnetic case and charges wirelessly without any issues. It’s thin and very light, which is exactly what I wanted. It doesn’t turn your phone into a heavy brick like some larger power banks do. The rated capacity is 3000mAh, so it’s not going to fully charge a big phone like the S25 Ultra from empty, but that’s not what I bought it for. It’s perfect for giving your phone a boost when you’re low on charge — enough to get you through the rest of the day or until you get home. Charging speed is decent at 15W wireless, and it doesn’t seem to overheat. It slips easily into a pocket or small bag, and because it’s so slim I barely notice it when it’s attached to the back of the phone. Overall, a really handy little power bank. Lightweight, portable, and ideal for topping up when you’re running low. For what I needed it for, it’s been spot on.

Compact and Great for Travel
I’ve been using this power bank for a little while and it’s been really convenient, especially when I’m away from an outlet for most of the day. The 10,000mAh capacity is a good balance between portability and battery life, and it doesn’t feel overly bulky in a backpack or travel bag. Charging my iPhone is noticeably quick, and I like that it uses USB-C since I already carry USB-C cables. One of the main reasons I chose this model is the CCC certification, which is useful when traveling in China. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can bring and use it there. So far, it has worked reliably and is exactly what I was looking for in a portable charger. Great size for travel and everyday use.
