I am so glad I found these. I had a snafu in the beginning with getting the hooks setup for the blind, but after I realized my mistake, it was easy to setup. We had a very difficult time getting the blinds hooked into the holder. It took a lot of pressure and strength to get it attached. IT has been great since then, though. The mechanism works great and is very quiet. It is a bit slow, but not a deal breaker. It has great light blocking capability. I was a bit let down that they don't make a 34 inch version which is the size of our windows, so we have a bit of a gap where light comes through because the blind just doesn't cover it.

There aren’t many options for motorized that don’t require custom build and crazy up charges. These were reasonably priced ( compared to what’s out there) easy install, can’t hear much when opening or closing and do block out sun. So you may wonder why I rated a 3 out of 5. There are those good things I said that are very true. On the down side I would say they fray on the side easily (I just occasionally snip that off to make look clean again), the shade occasionally gets stuck so you have to keep an eye on them till fully at the desired height before turning away.
