Amazing!! I have struggled to sleep more than 4 hours a night for years, since menopause. From day one taking this as soon as I wake up.. I am sleeping all night. If I wake up to use the toilet I go straight back to sleep. The only negative experience is a bit of sluggishness when I wake up, apparantly caused by my body trying to make up for years of poor sleep.
