I get better results with Ben Gay or Aspercream. This product comes in a very small quantity and it say's to apply generously 3-4 times per day. The jar would literally last maybe a week if directions are followed. Rip off - don't waste your money because it does NOT work.

Works great for moderate to low pain and cramping, expect miracles and you won’t be disappointed this is a natural product and doesn’t block pain receptores like other drugs would.

This mess does not work at all!! Like not at all! I gave it a few days to give it a go. I placed it on my finger and top of my feet were there is pain. It did not even dull the pain all it did was make me feel menthol-ly. Oh and the smell!! Borderline stinks like cheese going bad. Save those coins on this one because you can't return it!Edit: UpdateOk so my mom swears by this product. It didn't work for me whatsoever for the smallest pain, but for her joint pain its a godsent somehow. There is some arthritis there. This stuff really alleviates her pain. The smell is still strong. Works best applied after a bath. For that I'll give it 4 stars.
