this stuff lasts forever
this lasts forever! like frustratingly so! I'm used to chewing gum until it degrades, but this damn thing doesn't degrade! same taste same texture. If you are looking for good gum for stress chewing this amazing. the taste is very subtle, which I also like for relaxing i can try to focus on the flavor (which again never seems to go away).

Exactly what I was looking for.
This gum has almost no flavor. Translated from Turkish it’s “Drop Gum” flavored. It has a resin like flavor that is subtle. This gum is a good workout to chew. It’s not ridiculously hard, but somewhere between salt water taffy and normal chewing gum. Which is what I was personally looking for and I am very satisfied. The lack of flavor is a positive. Now I don’t need to worry about the extreme peppermint flavor of my gum when drinking or eating food. I have been chewing my first piece out of the box for 3 hours now. The texture has held up well, softening up slightly as it has been worked. The flavor is still there slightly but as others have stated it just tastes like gum that lost its flavor hours ago. If you chew gum for flavor, this gum is not for you. If you chew gum to exercise your face or to keep your mouth occupied. This is 100% the product for you. This 100 piece pack should last me a month or 2 but I will be buying again.

Falim is the perfect solution to sorbitol, and plain is the best flavor
The feel of this gum is hard to describe. It has the texture and flavor intensity of a piece of gum you’ve been chewing for a long time - it’s kind of rubbery and dense with a very faint flavor. While it’s definitely not “normal” for someone used to American gum (as I am), the taste can be acquired if you want to like it. I’ve been addicted to sugar-free gum for years, and have grown more and more sensitive to sorbitol and xylitol, so I had to find another option. I didn’t want anything with sugar, but couldn’t find an artificial sweetener that agreed with my stomach. Even the “organic” varieties upset my stomach, not to mention that they’re way too expensive to chew regularly, and the flavor goes away in less time than normal gum. So Falim was the perfect solution - it’s affordable through Amazon, 0 calories, sugar free, and has no artificial sweeteners. In fact, mastic gum is supposed to be good for the teeth (unlike sugar) and good for the stomach (a stark contrast to sorbitol). It takes a little time to acquire the taste, but I was/am willing. Each piece of Falim lasts a lot longer than normal American gum because American gum is chewy and flavorful initially, which makes you want to spit it out and get a new piece when it gets rubbery and loses its flavor. With Falim, it’s rubbery and only faintly flavored from the very beginning, so spitting it out and getting a new piece won’t change anything. That may sound strange, but there’s a steadiness to Falim that’s kind of nice in comparison to the roller coaster experience of American gum. Regarding the flavors: I ordered pretty much all of the flavors - plain, mint, forest fruits, mixed fruit, and strawberry. I thought I’d prefer the mint flavor (since Trident spearmint gum is my long-time favorite), but the “mint” is not really “mint” - it is what I would think of as “plain” gum. I would describe the various flavors from an American perspective as follows: -Mint Falim= plain/unflavored/pure plastic -Plain Falim = hint of oregano-like herb (I have never had mastic gum before, so I don’t know if that herby mix is the natural flavor of mastic gum) -Forest fruits Falim = hint of Berry Burst (the flavor of Wrigley’s Extra) -Mixed fruit Falim = hint of Banana Laffy Taffy -Strawberry Falim = hint of freeze-dried strawberry flavor (including the freeze-dried aftertaste) All of the flavors are worth trying except for mint, which is just too blah. I hated the “plain” at first (it’s definitely unlike any American gum flavor), but now it’s my favorite - the others remind me of American gum enough that I find myself wanting to spit it out and get a fresh piece of full-flavored American gum. The “plain” flavor is very clearly it’s own thing so I can chew it for a long time without the same craving. Regarding the nutritional content: This was the biggest concern for me when I first purchased the gum, because I had trouble finding the label to verify that the gum lacks calories and sugar. Each individually wrapped piece (or each 5-pack when you buy the sets of 5-packs) actually has the ingredients and nutrition content printed on it, although the information is in really small font and in Turkish. I put it into Google Translate to confirm that 100g (way more than 1 piece) has 0 calories, 0g of fat, 0 carbs, and 0g of sugar. Regarding the 20 x 5-pack v. individually wrapped: The individually wrapped pieces are slightly larger than the pieces in the 5-packs. Also, since the gum expands when you chew it, the internal wrappers around each separate piece in the 5-packs are not big enough to hold your gum when you spit it out. The individual wrappers (when you buy 100 individually wrapped) are big enough to hold the gum; in fact, each individually wrapped piece is covered in 2 layers: an internal wrapper (slightly larger than that covering the pieces from the 5-pack), and an external wrapper (which is shown in the photos). This comes in handy if you want to chew 1/2 piece at a time. I only buy the individually wrapped variety now, as I much prefer that size and wrapper.

Not what was expected
I didn’t know. I just wanted a chewing gum to help me curb my incessant need to eat. So I picked this one because honestly, I’m tired of peppermint or spearmint flavors, or even the hint of it in other fruitier flavors. Even cinnamon has a weird minty bite. I can tell because I can’t drink water when chewing gum as it BURNS from the mint additive Anyway, I googled “plain gum” and this came up. I read the reviews. Something about smells and chewability. Fine, I’m gonna take a shot because it’s $7usd and will be here in 24hrs. It definitely has a smell. Like pickles. I ordered the “mastic” kind. Idk what mastic is but he reviews said flavorless. Well, I thought I’d be chewing a vinegar gum but strangely, no flavor. Just interesting pickle smell. The chewability is fair. Tougher than what I’m used to but as you chew it, and heat the gum up, it softens enough. It’s weird, different, but good. I’m happy.

Unexpectedly strong, strange flavor
Since I've heard this version described as "original/unflavored" (and I chew normal gum until long after it loses its flavor) I was expecting this gum to be a little bland. But while the "volume" of the flavor isn't as intense as you get out of typical mint/cinnamon gums, it is a flavor that is distinct, unavoidable, and clinging. You know how a Cost Plus World Market smells? That cloying combination of dusty imported wicker furniture, Middle Eastern spices, and stale incense smoke? That's what this gum tastes like. The flavor is strong enough that the smell hit me as soon as I opened the shipping envelope; after about 20 minutes of chewing, the intensity had faded a little, but I had the unpleasant sensation that this was only because the smell of the gum was now surrounding me like a cloud, masking the actual taste. This is the only time I've ever had to brush my teeth after chewing a piece of gum. It's a pity, too, because the texture of the gum is nice, a lot firmer than most. I kind of want to try another flavor, but the taste of this one was so offputting that I'm not sure I'll be able to get up the courage (what if the mint turns out to taste like Minty Pier 1??) and the fact that the individual wrappings are plastic (that's a lot of non-biodegradable packaging in a 100-pack) is probably the final dealbreaker for me.

Has a weird smell which is strong, a little soft for "jawline" gum.
I assumed by "Jawline Chewing Gum" it would have been much harder, but after chewing it for a while it gets almost as soft as regular old gum. It's definitely harder, but not by too much at all. I believe that there are harder options that you could probably get. The taste is something of like resin, but it mostly tastes like nothing. It's not the worst taste ever in my opinion, however there are people that probably would not like the taste of the Mastic flavor. What comes with the taste is the smell, this stuff smells super strong, and it's a smell that is hard to describe, but I wouldn't exactly say it's pleasant. Be careful where you put this box, as it will make the entire container smell like this gum. Every piece is pretty decently sized, with only one piece being around as much gum as two sticks of Extra gum. That makes the 100 pieces last pretty long, and the size makes it a bit tougher. For the money? I'd probably save it and just get some jaw exercisers made of rubber if you're going for jawline when chewing this. If you're just buying it for something to chew on for a prolonged period of time, you can definitely buy this. Just don't expect it to be super hard.

A really solid flavorless gum
If you want a gum that has no sugars and almost zero taste, you've come to a solid product. If you're one that fasts and finds it difficult to maintain the hunger cravings this is a godsend. Due to the fact it has no sugars or artificial sweeteners, nothing goes into your body that will break your fast unlike regular chewing gum. However with the act of chewing itself, this tricks your brain into thinking you have eaten and can alleviate some of the symptoms of hunger you'd have otherwise. As some reviewers have pointed out, this is definitely a bit chewier than regular gum. It runs pretty close to mastic gum from personal experience, but doesn't turn into the sandy mess mastic gum turns into after an hour or so of chewing. Due to this you can strengthen your jaw muscles and keep them nice and healthy. As a pro tip to add, if you swirl *very* cold water with this gum in your mouth for a few seconds you will make the gum harden and provide a significantly tougher workout for your jaw. It eventually softens up after a minute or two and you'll have to repeat it like so. The colder the water is = the tougher the gum solidifies. Go easy on this though, as you can give yourself a very bad headache if you go overboard.

HARD gum, great workout for jaw! Flavor is "HERBY"
If you're familiar with MEWING and the importance of chewing hard foods, you'll love this gum! It gives your jaw a great workout, and helps chisel your face while it strengthens the facial muscles needed for correct oral posture. This particular flavor has an "herby" flavor, which isn't going to be everyone's taste. It's almost a spicy herby (like oregano or clove, but not exactly), and it's a very, VERY faint flavor - not flood your mouth like typical gum. I've been mixing one of these with one square of PUR mint flavored gum for awhile to give more flavor and get the dental benefits of xylitol, and it's the perfect combo. That said, my family has tried many flavors of Falim gum, and this is our verdict: Strawberry is the worst (tastes like rotten socks), then this "Unflavored" (herby), and Forrest Fruits is the best (just a hint of berry - best for kids and mixing with fruity or bubble gum flavored gum). Note: Weak mouths will have a hard time chewing this gum, but they are the ones who need it the most! My TODDLER has been chewing this gum since she was one, so stop being a pansy and strengthen your jaw if you can't handle how hard it is (begin by mixing half with soft gum and work your way up). TMJ is caused by improper jaw alignment, and I struggled with it for years. Chiropractor got me evened out in a couple months, and now I can chew gum as much as I want (for over a year) with no issues! :)

Great for my use
I use the gum to train my jawline and it’s firm enough to give you a nice jaw workout but does have a bit of a earthy taste which I didn’t like at first but after a couple days I’ve gotten more use to the flavour

Greatest Gum Ever
Neutral, slightly pine-ish, original gum taste. The texture lasts as long as you chew it. (I once tried 12+ hours while fasting) It gives a good chin workout, my chin was sore the next day after first time chewing. Got used to after. I’m ordering my second box now. This time I’m going to try the mint flavoured ones. Love it and absolutely recommended!
