Please, please read the instructions upon taking the pills first and foremost 1. Take this with meals or after you've had your meals and DO NOT exceed 4 in a day 2. If you are going to anticipate that you're going to get into action in the bedroom take 2 before activity 60 minutes before action or if you're going to work out 3. Drink Plenty of water and make sure you stay hydrated 8-10 OZ or how ever you plan to stay hydrated which is crucial to making sure these work for you Will update at some point as I'm still talking these since it's only day 1 for me 07/06/2026

These definitely work, when used properly. I was skeptical at first and would have been content with even a marginal increase in volume, but they exceeded my expectations. First off, drink more water. If you want to produce more fluid, you need to take in more fluid, it's a matter of fact. Lots of the negative reviews mention headaches. The problem? Not enough water. If you're having headache problems you probably weren't drinking enough water BEFORE the supplements, so you definitely need to ramp up water intake while taking them. (This is such and important step it should be included in the directions.) Another problem people describe are nausea or stomach problems. The bottle specifically states take them with food. Just like any prescription medicine that says take with food, it's for a good reason. Taking them right after a meal is best practice. Also the bottle states, "for optimal results take 60 minutes before working out." And "do not exceed more than 4 per day". So I take 2 everyday with either breakfast or dinner, and when I anticipate I'll be working out with the wife I try to take 2 more with a snack 1-2 hours before. If I know I'll be doing a solo workout, I also take 2 a couple hours before. I usually do 2 hours before instead of 1 giving them a little more time to work their magic. The results are stunning. I produce massive loads with 2-3 additional pumps or contractions more than I do without. The contractions are the best feeling when releasing, so more contractions means more of that amazing feeling. The volume is insane especially if you already know how to load build via edging. No idea why some people are reporting results only after 2 weeks of use, they worked for me on day 1, just stick to the formula. Extra water, 2 a day with food, 2 extra 1 hour before workout.

This product is a dangerous mixture and should not be used without good health insurance, and life insurance. Just a couple of weeks of use led to a drastic increase in semen volume, but it also put me into full blown congestive heart failure. Upon further research, the ingredients contained in this cause increased blood pressure, decreased blood pressure, increased heart rate, decreased heart rate, fluid retention, etc. The consequences of these drastically opposite effects turned out to be an autonomic nervous system maelstrom that presented as pedal edema, pleural effusions, fatigue, and a heart attack. Stopped taking this supplement and all symptoms of CHF subsided. You’d probably be just as safe with a bunch of blow and h washed down with an energy drink and vodka. At least you’d know why your ticker gave out midway through a hummer. Buyer beware. Seller and manufacturer, I’d beware as well. This product should be pulled post haste before the fda or a court forces the issue. Although clearly this effect requires a predisposition towards CHF, it doesn’t negate that this product was causative in its onset. I wouldn’t want to hold that tiger’s tail.

I’m 60 years old. This product not only helps in the bedroom, but it actually works better for BPH symptoms than my prescription Uraxatral ever did. I’d highly recommended it.

Takes days if not weeks for pills or supps like this to take effect. Way better stuff out ther for same price if not cheaper. This is not viagra or cialis. And if you don’t have: 1- Proper head space 2- healthy heart 3- days for whatever supp to take effect 4- physically healthy and in shape body then work on that before trying to chat your way into being something you’re not. Probably the reason you’re having trouble to begin with

Been noticing a difference with only taking about 1 pill a day. Aroused a lot more often and putting out a decent volume at least once a day. My wife can't get enough of draining me.

Two things that I would like potential buyers to know. 1.) The product seems to deliver on its promise of higher volume and more powerful orgasms. The orgasms are hard! 2.) Honestly the most important thing that I would want anyone to know is that these guys have a phenomenal customer service and support team. When I ordered this product it was in an order with another product from a different company. I mistakenly left a negative review that was directed at the other company but accidentally got placed on this company’s account because I guess I chose the wrong picture on my phone. I almost immediately realized my mistake but was unable to correct it through the app. Jim reached out to me to inquire as to what problem I was having. From the review he could tell that I probably had made a mistake. But his response was so fast and he was so professional. After plenty of research before my first initial purchase this product had the dosage and vitamins and minerals that hit the mark on everything I wanted. I have been taking SemaPro nearly everyday since the end of October 2024. Its April 2025 and I have not seen a noticeable increase in my semen volume. I workout 3-4 times a week, eat a balance diet and hydrate. I understand changes in this area can take 2-3 months and its been 4 months. I had high hopes and expectations for this product since it contains the ingredients I was looking for in a supplement and pairing it with a multi-vitamin to target the vitamins and minerals I wanted. Hopefully it works for others out there it just didn't work for me. I'm giving this product 2 stars because it met my needs in regards to its ingredients and serving size
