Wibisco Shirley Biscuits, Coconut, 3.7, Coconut 3.7 Ounce (Pack of 24)

We discovered these on an assignment in the Windward Islands and really liked them. My husband and mother in law love them too, so I searched for them when I got home. I’m was so happy to have found them to share them with my friends and family.😋

So, after reading reviews I was a bit concerned with all the reviews referring to the biscuits expiration date. I checked and these were not expired. The cookies are fresh and full of flavor. Just know that when it says ginger flavor, it means GINGER flavor lol. Be warned, if you like a subtle ginger flavor, this is not for you because your throat will be on fire.

I purchased them first in West Palm Beach, FL. When I went back to The Villages, FL, I looked for them in stores and on line. Even Amazon didn't have them. However, a few weeks ago, I found them on Amazon and bought a box. They still taste the same and still hold up when you dip them in coffee. Great deal. I don't usually write reviews, you can check that through Amazon, but I did like these and was grateful to finally find them again.

These Jamaican coconut cookies are still delightful with every bite, whether enjoyed with milk, hot chocolate, coffee, or tea. I have enjoyed these from a child to adult and the taste is still the same! True pride of Jamaica!
